I visited the Fairview location on September 6 and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. First, I was told to sit outside, despite there being plenty of indoor seating. When I asked to be seated inside—because, yes, it was cold—they begrudgingly moved me.
I’m a VIP member, but apparently, that means nothing here. I forgot my card, offered my phone number for verification, and they still refused my discount. Completely unacceptable.
Then, ten minutes later, they shoved me into a single seat, even though three people in my party were coming. When they arrived, the staff did nothing to correct their mistake. I asked to return to my original table because the single seat was infested with flies. They ignored me. Completely ignored me.
I didn’t even eat there. I packed my meal and left, disgusted. Fairview mall location has officially lost a customer for good. I will never, ever return. And honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values even basic courtesy or service.

The veggie noodle soup had an AMAZING mushroomy broth, so flavourful with fresh veggies.
The sesame paste noodles weren't as good, the noodles are hot but sauce is cold so it becomes kind of lukewarm when you mix everything and the noodles were a bit underdone in my opinion. The same in the soup, the noodles could have been a little more cooked but I think that's a theme with the noodles here so if you don't prefer AL DENTE vibes, definitely ask for them to cook it longer. The noodles were a bit uneven in size in the sesame paste dish too so I bit into a bigger one and it was raw in the middle.
Overall I would come again but definitely would choose the thinnest noodles they have or ask them to cook them more! I saw someone else order a fried noodle dish and the noodles looked perfect so I think that might be what I go for next time.

We really like the food here. Service is non existent. Place is clean. Prices are a bit high for what you get but they also offer daily specials.
I don’t know what happened, when they first opened the noodles were great. Now, they are very very bland. Everyone at my table complained there was no taste in the broth. I put like 4 scoops of chili oil and it was still bland. Disappointed in the downhill trajectory of this place, no wonder there’s very few people eating here now.

We came for the grand opening promotions here. Although it was busy, we got seated quickly and the service was fast. We got the dine for two combo, with two bowls of noodles, spring rolls and a salad. We also got the beef pan fried dumplings which we loved as they were very flavourful and juicy.
The noodles are hand pulled to order, and there are many sizes to chose from. I got the thin flat noodles which I enjoyed. However, a lot of the food was salty, especially the broth. We enjoyed the grand opening promotions but we did not get a chance to spin the wheel although it was mentioned in the grand opening.
