This was the worst experience ever eating out in Canada. I went in at 8:150pm, the staff said they close at 9. I said okay, I will be done before that. When the food came, it was in a plastic container. The server said- “Im sorry, I thought it was take out, do you want me to transfer to a plate?” I looked around, there was no one eating in a plastic container. If he already knew that he was wrong, he could have transferred the food to a plate before serving it to me. All the people who came after me was served water, I didn’t get anything. They decided to ignore me completely. Please learn to treat everyone equally.

I recently ate too heavy and my tummy is not in its best shape. So, I chose this place and ordered a chicken noodles.

I like the soup. It’s flavorful. You can taste the umami from the chicken and the mushroom, creating a good layer of tastes. The chicken is not dry. And I’m full after finishing the whole meal. If the soup base can be less oily, it would be even better.

The restaurant looks clean generally. The interior design is also decent. With this price, I do not expect services. You walk in, eat, and go.

Massive portions, excellent meat, perfectly cooked noodles, v reasonable prices and fast service. Best halal noodles in GTA imo

The food is absolutely delicious, but I’m afraid they have false advertisement. I ordered buy one get one free noodle soup and only received one. Also, the customer service is nonexistent for English speakers. Such shame!

It was fine! Noodles came out already over-cooked / mushy which was sad, broth didn’t have much flavour besides oily.

Had better but it was okay, it was a bit bland. Broth not flavourful. Had to use alot of chilli oil.

I went with my sister & bestie to omni at Fairview mall for lunch. We had a great time. The food was really good (big portion for us :) and Rebecca, our waitress, were very friendly, always smiled and quick.
I really recommend this restaurant ?

The food is really filling, especially the noodle soups. Portion size is great. Service was great and the waitress for our table Rebecca was very nice.

It’s my second to this location.

I was attracted by the VIP card promotion. Definitely a very good deal.

The server Joanna is very patient, she explain to me how the VIP card works.

The noodles is yummy, my kid like it . I love that we can choose the size of the noodle to accommodate different people.

Overall, the restaurant is very clean and service is exceptional.

Dined in a few time and won’t go back. Food quality has decreased. Poor service - Staff seemed unwelcoming and giving the impression they are underpaid. A lot of flies inside of restaurant made the environment feel unhygienic.

Food was decent. Portion size was big and pricing is good. Service was mediocre. They put us in the very back booth seating and basically forgot about us. I had to wave down a server to order and that took a while.

Address to the owner!
We were at Fairview location last Tuesday October 8 around 3PM.
When I asked your server if I can have chopsticks, she sarcastically tells me, do you know how to use chopsticks? I said Yes, we do, what do you think?
And she answered back I thought you don’t know because you asked me to give you fork, I said it’s for my 7y/o daughter.
Kindly educate that young lady server,to never asked your customers if they know how to use chopsticks! Just give no questions asked!
I feel like she’s discriminating us because of our nationality.

Noodle is okay. The soup is delicious. Polite staff.
Beef noodle is $16.99. Total expense is over $20 with tax and tip.

Your membership is good deal, but I can't see membership fees directly. I must ask your staff that how much. You just put $20 in the any shape in your promotion flyer.

I recently had lunch here and unfortunately, I have to agree with some of the reviews. The beef portion needs to be improved, there were several flies around, and the service left much to be desired. I shared my feedback with your staff (which I usually don't do), but I believe additional training is necessary for the team. As someone with experience in the same industry, I understand the need for rest and that it's not mandatory to smile; but a better attitude and paying more attention to surroundings would help improve the experience.

The three stars are for the chewy noodles and milk tea, which were pretty decent. However aside from that I am disappointed - especially when I had a positive experience here before (the long-chin girl staff was friendly and the drink was great). I hope to visit again in the future, and I wish that by then, improvements will have been made in hygiene staff quality, and portion sizes.
