worst customer service iv had in a while. The lady was extremely rude. wouldn't even use words to talk & only point fingers. Even when we asked questions about the menu she wouldn't answer. She cut me off to answer someone on the phone not even a " give me a second" . Also said stuff was sold out when we wanted to order. Food was good. not the service i think she really should work on that cuz its a shame because the food is genuinely good.

I was exploring the area during my visit, and decided to go in and try this place.

It was around 4:30 pm on a weekday afternoon. There was momentarily no servers, and some kitchen staff was so nice to come out and help. Their English was limited but with my fairly low level of Mandarin, we could communicate well enough - he could give me recommendations what to eat and I took his advice.

I wanted some more nourishing, so I ordered a chicken...

I recently dined at Omni Palace and had an amazing experience! The braised beef noodles were outstanding, with authentic Lanzhou style noodles and soup, tender beef and flavorful broth. The service was very friendly, making the dining experience even better. I would definitely recommend Omni Palace to anyone looking for delicious Chinese Cuisine with a cozy atmosphere. I will be returning!
