I visit this Guilin rice noodle shop once a week. Dry mixed rice noodle is its signature. Braised pork and fried to crispy pork belly are paired with sour bamboo shoots and sour beans, giving it a unique flavor. You can also try the hot and sour stir-fried rice noodles. The stir-fried pork with chili peppers has a soy sauce aroma. The sourness mainly comes from the garnished sour beans and sour bamboo shoots. It is not acetic acid, but it is also quite delicious.

I am from nanning and their Guilin noodles and laoyoufen tastes so authentic. Highly reccomend and a very reasonable price. Good amount of meat and super friendly owner

I ordered a *Liuzhou Snail Noodle* and I added extra topping of meat. There is only 4 pieces of meat that was added to my noodle and I paid $3 extra for this. The noodle itself doesn’t have a lot of topping as well, the business is very stingy…I’m not even full after this bowl of noodle…not coming back again.

This is by far the most authentic Guilin rice noodle I’ve eaten in Toronto! Reminds me of home

Ordered 羊肉米線。It costs me 13 but the lamb is just the hotpot style lamb which I can buy in supermarket for 7 in a big box!!! I ordered medium spicy but the amount of spicy oil is just small spicy………totally not worth.
