The way your security staff treated an innocent person standing on the street filming, when I was there a few months ago.... made me choose another location for my recent work event. It is absolutely frightful that in 2025 you have senior staff that think it is not legal to film in public, and become threatening.

This is authentic Guilin style noodle, and that’s all I asked for, tastes good. I had never found an authentic one in GTA, glad they open one.

I had it for many times. As a person born in Hubei Province. I can say the Hot dry noodles is definitely amazing :)

Ordered hot dry noodle with chicken.and very bad taste. Waste of money.

I’m from Guilin. The Guilin rice noodles is not authentic. The fat waffle (锅烧)should be thin crispy roast pork as shown in the picture rather than deep-fried fat. This is authentic Guilin noodles I had in Guilin

The braised noodles are so authentic, especially the peppercorns, which will bring you back home immediately.

I visit this Guilin rice noodle shop once a week. Dry mixed rice noodle is its signature. Braised pork and fried to crispy pork belly are paired with sour bamboo shoots and sour beans, giving it a unique flavor. You can also try the hot and sour stir-fried rice noodles. The stir-fried pork with chili peppers has a soy sauce aroma. The sourness mainly comes from the garnished sour beans and sour bamboo shoots. It is not acetic acid, but it is also quite delicious.

I am from nanning and their Guilin noodles and laoyoufen tastes so authentic. Highly reccomend and a very reasonable price. Good amount of meat and super friendly owner
