Quality of the fish was genuinely disgusting. Everything tasted off. The white tuna was a yellowish color and the beef tataki tasted as if it had gone bad. Never coming back.

Their food is very good, especially the all you can eat option. I especially love their sushi. But the service is very slow, although it is not as busy as before. Other than that, they need to pay more attention to cleanliness.

The manager, Aisha, was super kind. Kristy, our server, was very attentive to our needs. Sashimi was fresh 😋

We went to Osaka Sushi this past Sunday ,three of us ordered the All You Can Eat. When the bill came, they had added a $25 tip on a 200 dollar bill automatically without even asking us.
This is unacceptable. In Ontario, tipping is supposed to be voluntary. A business can suggest or request a tip, but they cannot impose it as a mandatory charge. What Osaka Sushi is doing is disrespectful to customers and against the law.
The food itself was average at best. The only reason I came again was because my friends knew I had tried this place before and wanted to try it themselves. Otherwise, after my first experience, I would not have returned.
On that first visit, it was just me and a friend. We didn’t do the All You Can Eat ,we only ordered a few sushi items, since we don’t eat a lot. The bill was over $100 for just a small order. At the time, my friend paid and I didn’t see the receipt. Now I understand why: they had added a mandatory tip back then too. And they didn’t even inform us.
After two visits with the same bad practice, I can say with certainty: I will never, never come back to this restaurant. A lot of my friends asked me about this place because they saw my Instagram story and I told them: don’t ever come here if you don’t like being forced to pay a service fee for a service that doesn’t deserve it.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and their service was excellent. However, the beef was very disappointing this time. It did not taste like it used to on my previous visits – instead, it tasted as if it had gone bad. This is unfortunate because the beef used to be one of my favorite dishes here.

Sushi tasted fresh and had a large selection of different kinds of Japanese cuisine to try. Service was great and staff were attentive. Osaka had a nice dining area as well that made you feel comfortable. Would come back again!
