Osmow's Shawarma

Two hours wait due to Shawarma day. The cashier didn’t tell us in advance about the wait. After waiting for a while, I asked for refund, which he refused. No place to eat and food quality is poor. Why have the sale if you can’t manage the extra load.

I ordered a shawarma and falafel wrap on the app. The app said it will be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived at the time and the place was packed as it was shawarma day. Their website said that you can only order on the app which is nonsense as many customers were ordering at the restaurant. They told me it will be an hour. They could not tell you when exactly you will be served. They refused to cancel the order and refund the money. The whole thing was chaotic with no one calling numbers so you can sit and wait until your order is ready. The people especially a young girl behind the counter was extremely rude. The order was finally ready an hour and 20 minutes after it was placed, almost a full hour after arriving there.
The shawarma and falafel were disgusting. They were both served cold and the pitas fell apart. The chicken was extremely dry. The falafel was even worse. They were hard dry balls.
If you want awful food with attitude, this is the place for you. There are so many better shawarma restaurants in the area.

Food is good here but be careful. They oversauce their orders. A little goes a long way guys. Take it easy on the sauce. I want a salad not a soup!

After I wrote this review I found a hair in my meal. GROSS. Had to throw it away... Half eaten... Barf.

Bad quality of food (fries cooked in used all-day oil, I guess, because they had a bad taste and aftertaste; the chicken was not good, too), people working there poorly speaking English, at least the person who was taking my order, and it's hard to understand them, and I had problems after eating it.
