The regular beef wrap at this location was disappointing compared to other branches. It used to be bigger and more tasty, but here it came out tiny like a kiddie meal. The beef was mostly covered with lots of tomatoes and onions, making it look like more than it was. It was dry, too spicy, and had barely any garlic sauce. Other locations do it well, but this one really missed the mark.

It was a perfect in every aspects like from employee to food and it was best to get treated well by the supervisor Bhavneet, he is the best and he deserves a lot more and it’s really worth spending every cents there

I was the only person in line… My first experience to order at Osmow’s Yorkdale Mall Foodcourt - I ordered a Chicken Saj wrap, wanted to pay, but the guy said to wait until the order was done, so I sat at my table just a few steps away… Three minutes later, I went back to see what’s going on because the line was building up and the guy who took my order said it’s not ready, so I waited back on my table for another 5 minutes… I went back, and he started to make a wrap not thinking it was mine… Unfortunately, a person in line said he was there first because I stood by the front of the cashier asking for my order, so I explained to him that I was just waiting for my order while looking at the guy who took my order; he finished and handed me the wrap after 3 more minutes - he looks like he’s in limbo! I was kind of pissed, ordered an apple juice, and paid over $16 for BEEF Saj wrap instead of my original CHICKEN order that has hardly any filling… Holy crap, it tasted horrible and I literally just threw it in the garbage! Never ever going to Osmow’s or any Osmow’s! Too bad I didn’t take a picture of it!
Just saying - Alpha Shawarma’s still the best shawarmas…

I liked the food here and it was tasty, but personally wouldn’t come back or recommend it. The portion sizes are insanely small for what you pay for. They just use 1 scoop of chicken that doesn’t even really cover the rice. If you’re the average person you’ll be hungry afterwards.

I was new to osmow’s and didn’t exactly knew what to order. Meenu (who works at Yorkdale) was so kind and helped me get what I wanted. She asked me couple of questions about my eating style and gave me the perfect food. Need more people like her. Loved the experience
