I've been coming to this Fortinos and Pane Fresco for years. In my opinion, the food options have been of consistently good quality. Their sandwiches and soup options are excellent, and pricing is reasonable.

The hours say open at 7am. I have been there 3 times on a Sunday morning just after 7 am...no one there. Perhaps change your advertised hours. One time when I stepped up to the counter, the lady gave me the most disgusted look, ignored me so I just left. Customer service skills????? No training???? Lady, if you hate working there....find another job? Maybe she thinks she doesn't get paid enough!!!

Love the daily fresh breads and soups. But temper your expectations. You’re paying full table service restaurant prices for take out food.If you’re good with paying a premium for fresh breads and soups, come here for it.If you want something faster & cheaper, there are plenty of fast food options nearby.For me, dipping fresh baked bread into a hearty bowl of soup is a simple comfort food luxury that will never get old, but just wish the prices were better!

Ordered chicken wings at Rotisserie section. The staff asked me of I want to redeem full points and so i agreed. I had more points in the card than what i ordered. The staff was untrained, didn't knew how to handle cashier transactions. He literally scanned my card multiple cards and even asked me to pay 4$ something. Than other lady helped me out and told your bill is paid through point. When i asked for receipt, she told me you need to wait as we are busy and i cannot print anymore.The store was busy so i left. Not going to order for recommend anyone to buy anything from here... the staff is unprofessional and untrained.

Easily the worst Pane Fresco I've been to. People were not very helpful and for some reason they only serve breakfast Friday-Sunday? People don't eat breakfast Mon-Thursday? Also there was a strange, annoying metallic wheezing sort of sound that would happen pretty frequently. Probably why the employees seem so annoyed. The owner should go visit other Pane Fresco locations to see how things aught to be run.

Have been very put off from ordering from pane frescho at 700 Lawrence Ave. Staff just glared at me and the impression was very heavily "don't bother me...I'm busy"! First time they completely ignored me (2 staffers), so I perused the menu and waited. Have they ever been trained to say oh something such as "we will be right with you" or how about "good morning"!!!! I walked away when they both turned their backs and disappeared.. don't these people realize if it wasn't for customers, they wouldn't have a job!!! Does the owner not monitor their behavior and train them, to respect paying customers? I was the only customer at the time!Update: they responded below and asked if I wanted to talk to owner...for what purpose...I gave my review.. (detailed) what more can I add? what steps are they going to take to make it right!!!! So what's next ! Should I email again sir?

Pizza was alright. But the people there were very rude, and it was my first time ordering ...rushed me to order and they kept giving a look when I'm looking at the menu , they don't even have any sort of dip, how to order the pizza by sizes is literally so confusing, and once again so rude when im trying to make a decision, and its not like anyone else was in line either..
