We were sent food from Pantry for a Shiva dinner. The food was outstanding. They have the nicest tasting grilled salmon. The harvest salad was excellent and the canalloni was fantastic.
I can't rave enough about how good their food was. It was delivered still hot.

The salmon was dry, the coffee is amazing, the service is good, but it's unpleasant to hear a manager yelling at minimum wage workers in the background, no matter what happened he should learn to respect his workers and especially not to yell so that customers can hear

If you are looking for excellent food, and excellent service, look no further than Sam and his team at Pantry. Pantry did the catering for our son's Bar Mitzvah this past weekend. The food was excellent, and so many people asked us who catered. The presentation of the food was outstanding. The staff were so professional, and so efficient and so friendly. They set up everything so beautifully and were eager to help with anything. Even our guests remarked on how great the staff were, and several people told me, that when they ask for Pantry to do the catering for their events, they will ask for the same staff as we had. It was a pleasure working with Sam, and his wonderful team and we will definitely contact them again for functions in the future.

I’m not one who likes to post reviews or critique other people’s business, but I personally feel this is something that needs to be said.My wife ordered a soup last week, after she left and drove for over 20 minutes, she got a call from the store saying they forgot to add any seasoning to the soup. They weren’t trying to offer a resolution or anything it was merely informative. When my wife tried protesting since the soup was to be served at a meal with guests, she was told to just add salt and pepper on her own or she should drive back to the store and get a refund.Eventually, the owner called her and arranged a new soup to be delivered and was refunded the money, but he told my wife she was no longer welcome back to this store.This has not been the first time we have had any issues here, in fact the last 4 times we ordered from here there had been issues.One time we ordered cannelloni for a party and there was so much oregano it was inedible. Another time we ordered the small cannelloni from the “catering menu” and had it delivered, totaling to nearly $65 and there was just enough for one person. One would think the smallest option from the catering menu would be enough to feed at least 4 people.I don’t have issues with prices or anything but when it comes to customer service, improper practices, or advising the customer, this place does not have the customers interest in mind.I will not be returning back!

As someone who used to come to pantry every single week, but I moved abroad. I was really disappointed by what it has become. The coffee was bland, the salmon dumplings was bitter, and the pizza was all right. It was probably the best thing we ordered. I just think they can do so much better and I’m disappointed that they’ve lost the ball.. I hope the next time I come it will be like it used to be.
As for a kosher food I was nicely surprised. The food was simply delicious.

This last celebration was a special birthday ?. We tried BBQ Jackfruit sliders, potato pierogies, Thai veggie crunch, scones and spreads, Tofu steak salad, and party sandwiches. All our choices were delicious, however the salads were a bit soggy but very delicious.Again, I highly recommend Pantry!
