When I was paying and told this to the lady, who I assume owner or not, there was no offer to either for me not to pay or anything. I paid, but all the meat was impossible to chew.My mom struggle eating the meat. Another table guys, left did not even finish the soups.Dear owner, if we order a dish rice and meat and meat is so impossible to chew on, is it old?You should not have charged us for the meat that we did not eat.

Eating here makes you feel uncomfortable! Staff keeps talking in their own language and doesn’t even give you a welcome smile. And when you’re paying there is no option for “others” so you still have to tip whether you like their service or not. Have to take out my food because I feel uncomfortable eating here.

I ordered Bamboo shoot and crab meat soup. The soup served NEVER had a single bamboo shoot there. I asked the staff and cook. They insisted that the soup had it. I asked them to show me the raw ingredient, and they showed me ASPARAGUS. I told them how disapppointing it is for I paid for the order in the menu with a wrong ingredient. THE WORST is they are asking for a TIP for deceiving the customer!!! I don't recommend this place.

I’m honestly shocked by the star rating for this restaurant. Reading some of the reviews - sure, I agree: you’re not getting ritz Carlton service, but they take your order and give you your food. What more do you need for a 15$ meal?The food is among some of the best viet food IMO, and I’ve never seen the place dead - so I have to think their busy restaurant is testament to the quality.I normally order the grilled chicken and spring roll vermicelli. Delicious and 14$ - what more could you ask for? Occasionally go for the beef or chicken pho, which is always solid, too. Reading the reviews about the lack of meat is surprising to me: I’ve always found that there is enough (photo of my take out from today for reference).Every time I’m in the area, I stop in.

Not sure why this place has such low ratings. I like coming here for lunch during work because it's down the road. It's quick and the food portions are pretty decent. I get the pho with rare beef (on the side). service is fast even when there are lots of people.
