The staff is friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the food was not flavorful, it was not worth the money.

I was really hoping it was going to be at least decent or good to come here but that wasn't the case at all. There were 3 of us, mom, aunt and myself.
The server looked like he didn't want to be there, also not welcoming. He messed up my order. The dish my mom order tasted like salt with a side of what she ordered, it was horrible. She barely ate her dish because of how salty it was. And my aunt was okay with her order and no mess ups.
Their fried spring rolls are a joke. It's not worth spending the money for what you get here as they're the smallest spring rolls I've ever seen in any Vietnamese restaurant I've ever been too. To get an understanding of the size, it was like getting Chapstick lip balm, a tad thicker and the length of 2 chatpstick stacked up. Not worth it.
Inside the restaurant looks not bad (hence the one star). And from how it looks from the outside, it's makes you feel like you want to go inside and try this place out, hence why we tried it but we would not recommend it and definitely will not be coming back here.

Ordered the pho special (house special noodle soup), pad thai and lamb curry with roti. The portion of the large pho was good. The pad thai had the sauce sitting all at the bottom. And the lamb curry was just OK. Service was good though.

Try them out. They have a nice selection of south east asian dishes. Had the indonesian fried rice and the malaysian kwai teow. It was good. Nice portion too. Will try the penang laksa noodle next timearound

I have been coming to Pho Mine since it opened. I was happy with the food from day one, and so I went back to explore their menu. This place is REALLY good. Aside from their very good Pho, I particularly like their curried brisket (sooo good!) and their lemongrass dishes. I keep returning not only for the food, but also because of the excellent staff, who always make me feel welcomed and appreciated. In fact, because of feeling very welcomed at Pho Mine, I visit at least once or twice per week - sometimes more. I would highly recommend Pho Mine to anyone in the Yonge and Sheppard area who is looking for Asian-fusion dishes. Also, just fyi, I've been living at Yonge and Sheppard for over 20 years. I've seen many places come and go, but I sincerely hope Pho Mine stays as long as possible, because I appreciate having a very good 'go-to' restaurant in my local area. Two thumbs up! 5 stars! Cheers!

Overall i think its a great Pho spot for something fast and simple.
Food was great, came out really fast and tasted great. (Not sure if it’s authentic or not, but i personally thought its great).
Also, they have a beer combo deal going on. So its like $18 meal + Japanese beer, which is a great deal ?
