The spring rolls were good. The pho was lacking flavour and to some it might be a plus but to me there was way too much noodles in bowl it took over dish didn't compliment the beef.
Small pho was a good size for lunch. We also had the medium-sized stew beef with egg noodles - egg noodles were the very thin kind, so if you prefer thicker noodles you may wish to ask for the rice noodle option instead. Soup was rich and very flavourful, and a hearty taste for cold fall days as we head into winter. Note that they only had a cash option on the day that we went as their machine was down, but there is a small discount for paying by cash so come prepared.
The rare beef pho was outstanding — the broth was rich and flavorful, and the beef was perfectly tender. I also had the beef fried rice, which was just as delicious and cooked perfectly.
The service was spectacular — super friendly and attentive staff who made sure we were well taken care of the entire time.
