The Pi day promotion was a disaster. I’m not going back.

Human Being

If I could give zero stars, I would. This so-called "gourmet" pizza restaurant is an absolute disgrace. The crust was unbelievably soggy, to the point where it felt like eating a wet sponge, poor quality and flavorless, bordering on what I’d imagine dog food might taste like. I can confidently say it’s the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. Save your time, money, and taste buds, and go literally anywhere else.

I recently visited this pizza restaurant and was absolutely delighted with the experience! The pizza was fantastic, and I loved that you could customize it to be as healthy or indulgent as you like. They offer a wide range of fresh, delicious toppings, so there's something for everyone.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. You could tell they put a lot of passion into their work, which came through in every bite. The pizza was packed with flavor and had a great balance of textures. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. This place is a must-visit for any pizza lover

My wife and I love visiting Pi Co location at Don Mills who usually have friendly staff that take the time to prepare your "craft yours" pizzas. We decided to make our own pizza and we loved it. The price is on the higher side for what you receive but we don't mind spending it once in a while. They give you a thin crust pizza with a choice of sauce, cheeses and toppings. Dining experience was clean. Overall great experience!

Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options available for toppings

So... my "craft yours" pizza was good. However, the process to get it was poor. The young female server was less than polite. When I indicated that I would like extra bacon, she made a point that I had already received extra. When I indicated that I wanted extra she snarkly complied. I'm sorry but perhaps I read the "craft yours" signage incorrectly but I am sure it says "unlimited toppings"... hmmmm. Anyway I did not tip (I was taking out and I did not receive the appropriate level of service). Please note: the young man who handed me the finished pizza was professional and friendly. I am not convinced there is value to be received at PiCo... the price for my pizza and experience: $21.

Vegetarian options: For sure.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

The food itself tastes good when made correctly (used to visit often)....the problem is the new hires have no idea what they're doing. Ordered a simple cheese pizza - worker placed No basil, no oil, no Parmesan on the pizza - had to let them know these are the standards of Pico. they're reply was indifference. 16 bucks for a sloppy pizza - Ill take my money elsewhere.

August 23rd 2024 I went to shops at Don Mills at 7:30 pm with family and friends.I ordered craft my pizza with unlimited toppings I asked the supervisor to put 5 bocconcini on my pizza and he refused to. he had told me that there's a limit of two where the sign says unlimited he would not accommodate my order. I then asked where it says there's a limit and he cannot answer my question. I told him that the sign on the wall says unlimited to me that is false advertisement I have been going there every second week. I've brought a lot of friends there and last night the way I was treated by the supervisor was unprofessional

I love the chain but I would like some consistency in the. The ones downtown keep the olive oil and chilli flakes on the table. But this one does not. Not sure why but they prefer to add that for you.

Otherwise food is pretty standard.

The Margherita Pizza is a must try! The edges were perfectly charred for the best flavour in there large fire pizza oven. The Basil was not hard to chew, which is something I find quite annoying in some pizzas.
The staff are extremely kind, making my experience amazing; even in a food court.

Ordered a pizza and it was very burnt. As well it lacked any flavor and after about 5 minutes it was cold. I will not be going again

Went to Shops @ Don Mills Branch for the first time. Ordered Margharita Pizza. The crust was too thin in the center. Sauce was less thus found it dry. Disappointed. Not worth the money spent. Not going again

After going to 3 different pizza shops to try and buy 12 empty pizza boxes for a non-profit education program, Pi Co provided them free of charge! Definitely coming back for more than just boxes!
