I like pizza here, and I usually order it to go from this location. The first time delivery was terrible. It was Dec18 nightUsing the app, you could see the order status and when the driver is out for delivery. I got the food at least 40 minutes after the status had been updated to out for delivery. Pizza and bread were literally room temperature. My pick up using a bicycle would be warmer than this. I needed to warm up the food after I received it.

For me to leave a bad review out of all my good reviews in this world. It's got to be bad. Honestly man it's the service. The food's okay don't get me wrong it's good pizza but man the service tonight was not good.
This is the problem, the app itself kind of confusing but not really. You order through the app and you get a pretty good deal. I was having issues with the app and I asked for help from one of the staff guys. But he says he's busy and just ignores me. It's kind of obvious he doesn't want to bother to help and go out of his way which is completely Fair honestly. It's not in his job description to help out customers with the Pizza Hut app problems. Left there for a few minutes figuring things out got it to work in the end no thanks to the gentleman there. Talking to his buddies in socializing. Guy makes the order and I'm standing there just waiting. Nothing, they know I'm there and they say nothing. I do the play thing and I wait a few minutes when I step outside for a few seconds then step back in still waiting. Try to get the guys attention guy purposefully ignores me again. So I get another person's attention ask about my order and behold it's been hiding out in the back away from sight where I can't see it and say nothing.
Stuck waiting there like a fool for something that's put out of my sight. Not cool or nice, I'll definitely not be coming back honestly. Kind of lame from Pizza Hut.
