This is a long one... This is a long one...I decided to buy pizza for the whole family (4 people) for my mother's birthday as a special treat. But this was the WORST mistake EVER! This is HANDS DOWN the WORST pizza hut location I have EVER tried!!! The delivery driver that came was a hot mess! He was forcing me to give him a tip while rushing me at the same time. And when it came to handing over the food, I was absolutely shocked! The 2 paper bags that contained the wings were drenched in the sauce (see pic)! As the delivery man took out the wings from the pizza bag (which was also soaked in sauce by the way), the sauce started to seep through the bag and started to drip all over the drivers hands, all over the apartment hallway, and all over the entrance floor in the house!!! When I started to question the driver, he had the audacity to say "that's how the wings are supposed to be delivered" Like what?!? He then forcefully handed the food over to me and then left. When I took the wings out of the bag, there was a huge indent on the container which contained the wings and it was also slightly opened. When I called this location about what happened, the woman said that they're "busy" which is why it spilled and that she'll give a $10 credit as well as prepare and re-deliver a fresh batch of wings. To this day, we never received any wings... Now onto to the pizza. ALL 4 boxes of pizza were cold! The toppings on the Chicken Lover's pizza were not distributed properly at all. There were some slices that had nothing on it! I also ordered 2 boxes of the Cheese Lover's pizza. I could not believe my eyes when I opened the box. Where was the cheese?!? Just look at the pic everyone. The picture speaks volumes. The "cheese" on the pizza was HARD, DRY AND BURNT!!! The cheese on the pizza was so hard and dry that when I scraped a knife over it, it sounded like sandpaper/burnt toast!!! There were even some parts on the pizza that had no cheese and just sauce. For a pizza that's supposed to have EXTRA cheese, this is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE! VERY VERY STINGY on the cheese! Even Pizza Pizza's regular cheese pizza is cheesier than this monstrosity! When my mother called and complained, the woman on the phone had the audacity to say that "there is nothing wrong with the pizza" because she is the one who personally boxed them. This woman is clearly blind and is an absolute joke! Then she proceeded to say that "I already gave you a $10 credit so what do you want me to do?". Then she hung up the phone as my mom was still speaking, which is VERY RUDE! First of all, the $10 credit was for the $42 wings, not for the pizza! WICKED people that work at this place... I called them back right away. And after 30 attempts, the same woman picked up. After explaining everything, she "apologized" and delivered 2 more Cheese Lover's pizza which were also BURNT, DRY and HARD except for 2 slices! The delivery driver even said that, and I quote "The pizza is supposed to look burnt. If it's too cheesy, then it's raw." Um, excuse me??? Even the neighbor that stopped by tried a slice of the re-delivered pizza and threw the rest in the garbage because it was hurting her teeth. This just shows how HARD and DRY the pizza was! I also attached a picture of the cheese pizza that my university gives out during lunch/dinner time. They make it from scratch and look at how cheesy the pizza is :D This is what REAL cheese pizza looks like! This is just their normal cheese pizza (no extra cheese). And now compare it to the shit that Pizza Hut delivered. See the difference... Moral of the story, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY and the HASSLE. I spent almost $120 just to receive GARBAGE and a $10 credit! I want ALL my money back including the tip I gave to that horrible delivery man!!!! FYI: Google/Pizza Hut deletes the negative reviews, which is why I'm posting here. They also deleted the negative reviews posted by my other

This is the worst Pizza Hut I've tried so far. Unfortunately the food is just not cooked properly and even though I provided directions they were not followed twice. The result? Raw dough, burnt toppings pizza. So gross...
Visited the Pizza Hut at Monks Cross at tea time on a Friday. Just two of us. The place wasn’t overly busy but a number of tables were occupied. We waited a short time to be seated. There were three staff at the counter who all noticed our arrival but didn’t acknowledge us. Whilst waiting I watched as one staff member stroked her hair to straighten it into her pony tail, rub her mouth and face and scratch inside her ear before going to deliver plates and food to a table without washing her hands. Another staff member played with her pony tail before doing the same. The whole place looked run down and grubby. The salad bar had cross contamination of foods going on. The handles of the dressings had dressing all over them. The food was delivered promptly by friendly (if unhygienic) staff. The pizza was hot and tasty. The cola was overly diluted. I won’t be rushing back. I hope things improve.

Tried to order with code for buy one get one free but it did not work after order was placed. Waiting 30 min on line for customer service(order was online) No number available to call store directly. Customer service finally answered and put call thru to store but it bounced back to customer service. No one able to help. Gave number to head office but they don't answer. Will go elsewhere for better service.

All you can eat buffet is back. Enough said!!!! You cant beat the value for money even though its gone up a quid! Great pizza and salad

Amazing location! I ordered online (stupidly) and for some reason they gave me boneless bites instead of wings. I can’t eat boneless bites. I called and after some discussion. Even after closing the manager came and personally delivered wings to make my order right. Very happy with the service and he went up and beyond the call of duty! Good people I really appreciate you making it right. Thank you!
