I'm a regular at this location. It's amazing. Recently they changed their promo when get rewards, you were able to select a pre-made pizza for the free pizza. That's changed to 2 topping, a bit disappointing but still pizzahut OVER everyone.

The customer service manager for the afternoon shift is very disrespectful doesn’t have any compassionate empathy customer service skills. She told me to go to another location after she made my pizza wrong. Every time I go there, they always make mistakes on my order on purpose!

Ordered a veg pizza, but received a non-veg one. The lady agreed to replace it and make a new veg pizza. Upon observation, it seemed the pizza was either pre-made or possibly rejected by another customer. She was then seen pouring roasted tomatoes onto the pre-made pizza. Unfortunately, the taste was unsatisfactory, with a minimal amount of cheese, making the pizza predominantly taste like tomato sauce.
Pizza is good, I ordered pan pizza from this store occasionally after work, racking up my reward points.

Wings were good. But why must you guys rush to get to my place so fast, pizza needs time to cook. For 40$ I expect my pizza to be crispy at the bottom, not raw. I ended up having to recook my own pizza and throwing the rest out. Do your job properly.
