Ordered pizza via Uber Eats, uber told their staff will deliver. Store says they don’t have anyone to deliver and cancel the order and now no one is taking responsibility of refund. Also the person from store was very rude. If you cant handle the delivery then dont take orders.

I’m very disappointed with my recent order from this location. I ordered two pizzas and specifically requested Alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce, but both pizzas arrived with tomato sauce base. Thankfully, I’m not allergic to tomato otherwise this could have been a serious issue. Details like this are important, and this mistake really affected my experience.

Worst Pizza Hut experience ever. From the moment we walked in, it was clear they had zero customer service. The girl at the front desk didn’t greet us, didn’t acknowledge us while ordering, and didn’t say a word when we picked up our food. She and the guy working were more focused on talking to each other than helping customers.
The food was just as bad. Our cheesy pull-aparts were basically raw dough, extremely unhygienic, rushed, and missing cheese—just shaped to look cheesy. They even handed the order to us undercooked (pics attached). This experience completely spoiled the Pizza Hut name for us.

I ordered a large veggie pizza for takeout and was quite disappointed with what I received. When I checked the pizza right there, I noticed the toppings were very minimal compared to what I usually get for a large pizza, and there were no tomatoes at all. I pointed this out to the staff member working the night shift, but instead of addressing my concern properly, he just showed me a tiny piece of tomato on the pizza and said, “It’s there.” Very poor customer service and a stingy way of preparing a pizza to save costs. Definitely not the quality or attitude I expected.
I was ordering here since it's close to where I live, but the amount of toppings is to be searched for with a microscope. The last and final time, there were 4 pieces of green olives, 7 onions and may be 13 pieces of chicken breasts. It was just a cheese pizza in reality. Btw, the hygiene levels are atrociously low. Do not order here, go to a different place.

Ordered over the phone through call centre and I drove almost 10 minutes to get there and walked in with $100 bill which the cashier refused to take it and nobody had mentioned that they’re not taking $100 bill
