After waiting 15 mins in an empty store to place an order, the manager came to take the order. I ordered, pizza wings and pasta. When i got home the pasta smelled as if it had gone bad. I called and got onto a customer service hot line where i was verbally abused because i asked for a manager. I called again and got onto the branch manager who was very eager to resolve the issues. However he couldn’t not speak to the verbal abuse I received buy the 3rd party customer service company.
