I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut location. After eating a low-quality pizza my friend purchased, I urgently needed to use the washroom. When I requested the washroom key from an employee ending her shift at 4 PM, she refused, claiming the washroom was under renovation. Sensing dishonesty, I waited in my car across the parking lot. Sure enough, I later saw her give the key to another customer who came in from outside.
This incident felt like clear discrimination, as I believe I was denied access because I am Black. When I asked for the employee’s name to file a complaint, they refused to provide it. To add to the frustration, the pizza tasted old and may have contributed to my sudden need to use the washroom.
This experience was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. I hope management takes a serious look into these discriminatory practices and the quality of food served. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
