I had a very concerning experience at Pizza Hut regarding food hygiene.
A male employee working behind the counter and in the food preparation area was not wearing gloves and was repeatedly touching door handles, the computer, and his own face, then continuing to handle food-related items without washing his hands.
When I politely raised the concern, I was told, “It’s not illegal to not wear gloves.” Regardless of legality, basic food safety and hygiene standards should be followed at all times.
This raised serious concerns about staff training and cleanliness at this location. Very disappointing experience, especially from a well-known brand.
I am writing to report an issue I experienced with my recent BOGO pizza order. I initially received the wrong order, and when I called the store, I was told it would be replaced. I returned to the store to pick up the correct order as instructed.
Unfortunately, during my visit, the cashier was rude and unprofessional. I also overheard staff talking about me while I was present, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
I understand that mistakes happen, but I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope this feedback can be used to improve customer service moving forward.
