We ordered a pizza from this location. The pizza was good. No complaints there. However, I was shocked when the delivery person handed me the pizza and showed me the bill pointing that no tip had been added for him. I have never had this happen before and was actually planning to grab some money from the table beside the door to tip him. I like to tip in cash when I can. It was awkward and very unprofessional. Gave 3 stars for atmosphere because he made the whole situation just uncomfortable.

Pizza Nova was so bad. The pizza tasted awful, and there was even a hair on it. Worst experience ever. and they did didn’t even cook it. And the onions were so big. The small pizza price was 17.79 dollar

The owners/workers I ran into at the time I picked up my Pies were delightful. Very generous and it felt like they really cared about providing great service.
Pizza was ready on time and tasted great as well.
I got 2 medium pizzas with the walk in special for 10.99

The quality of pizza at this location has changed drastically over the last 6 months,pizza was always fresh and hot and cooked to perfection,now it's overbaked,dried out and barely warm upon delivery even though their location is less than 5 minutes from my apartment.Very disappointed by the last 3 pizzas I ordered,will have to find a new place to order from,I've been ordering from this current location for 20 years now,but I've had enough

One day we went to the pizza shop and wanted to buy a pizza. When we were looking at the menu, the staff offered the day’s special which really confused me. Because the price of the daily special he offered was higher than the original price on the menu! I was puzzled so I asked. That guy couldn’t explain but just kept repeating the same thing. Okay whatever we were not interested in that special. We said we wanted a freshly made pizza not the slices sitting (not sure for how long) in the counter. It’s a simple request isn’t it? The guy and the other one back in the kitchen seemed not happy, and said the price of a freshly made pizza would be $42, which was about double of the price on the menu! So we walked out empty handed. We will never go in there again.
The person wearing glasses behaved rudely to customers. They need training on how to interact with customers.

Entered into the store for tow minutes the employees were just standing there chatting laughing no one came to take our order plus the store didn't look that clean so I just left ☹️. Disappointed visit to this location
