This location doesn’t make the pizza good. We always go to their Leslie location but one time we decided to pick up the pizza from here and it wasn’t good.

Our go to place for the only delicious pizza delivered “hot”. They have their own drivers. The delivery driver we had is always friendly and on time. Pizza is always great!

We ordered a party size pizza and waited about an hour and a half for it to show up. When the pizza finally arrived the delivery driver apologized for the delay and I paid for the pizza. As we got it inside and opened it up we realized the pizza had been overcooked/burnt on various parts, the cheese was completely burnt, and the mushrooms had dried out to a crisp. The pizza was inedible. This is pretty embarrassing to say the least and quite disappointing that any employee would even send a pizza out in that condition. Customer service did the bare minimum and sent out a new pizza while the rest of what we ordered sat there until the new pizza arrived. They only offered to do more when I said I was going to be writing this review, but the damage from the poor customer retention had already been done. Save yourselves the headache and order from literally any other pizza establishment in the area. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last time I order from here.

Guy on the phone is really rude. took over an hour. I called to enquire politely where it was. Got hung up on. Told to call doordash who had already told me to call the store.... finally arrived an hour and a half late but was the wrong pizza. I'm now stuck between fighting between doordash and Pizzar Nova to get a refund. Don't bother with pizza nova
. They don't use the full doordash service so you can't track it or complain or do anything when it doesn't show up...

I can’t complain about the pizza — it’s good, and the price is good. I actually prefer the way that Pizza Nova makes their pizza. This location, though, has office buildings nearby, and many call centre employees come in the evening time. The store itself is pretty small, and with a line up, the place can feel a bit cramped.

I’m very disappointed with the pizza I received. I had clearly specified the toppings and which side they should go on, but it’s like that was completely ignored. It honestly looks like a child made it.
To make things worse, the cutting of the pizza is mind-blowing—completely uneven. Do your staff even read the order instructions while making the pizza, or did they just not care?
This kind of carelessness is unacceptable. I expected much better.
