I asked the cashier if they wash their hands or use gloves before they make the pizza. His nails were long and full of dirt. The other guy making the pizza was blowing his nose over and over with a kleenex. The guy said rudely “We don’t work like that. Do you still want to order or not?” Terrible service and dirty place. Disgusting and disappointing

Hands down one of the worst customer service experience I have had in awhile. Poor communication and this location only survives because of its proximity to the condo buildings, nothing more.

Aloof staff, reasonable service, Reasonably varied menu, pizzas good, though inconsistent at times. I find that their Meathalls with half garlic bread my go- to dish here ( somewhat reminiscent of Italian home-cooked comfort food

One of the best Pizza Nova's i have been too. Not only great service, and in all fairness I have been to many Pizza Nova's with equally exceptional service, but in terms of the actual pizza, this place did it in such a way that it was a bit better than most other places i have been to. Just a little something that made it a bit better and for that i had to leave them a positive review.
It was delivered and delicious. Their website is a bit confusing though. Had to redo it a few times to get it done.

I ordered online and specifically confirmed my pickup location by checking a box. You didn't make my food because I don't normally order from this location. You didn't even call me. You said it would take 10 minutes to make my food after our argument, and it took 20. Absolute troglodytes.

Service was good but food proportions are a victim of shrink-flation. Paid $15 for 10 wings and got wings smaller than the lid of my drink. Pizza was also under done so had to toss it back in the oven when I got home.
