One of the best Pizza Nova's i have been too. Not only great service, and in all fairness I have been to many Pizza Nova's with equally exceptional service, but in terms of the actual pizza, this place did it in such a way that it was a bit better than most other places i have been to. Just a little something that made it a bit better and for that i had to leave them a positive review.

I ordered online and specifically confirmed my pickup location by checking a box. You didn't make my food because I don't normally order from this location. You didn't even call me. You said it would take 10 minutes to make my food after our argument, and it took 20. Absolute troglodytes.

Service was good but food proportions are a victim of shrink-flation. Paid $15 for 10 wings and got wings smaller than the lid of my drink. Pizza was also under done so had to toss it back in the oven when I got home.

I went to this pizza place on a bruitally cold day. I had a nice piece of pizza. It was excellent. Staff was very polite and nice. Washroom was very clean and nice. When I asked if its okay for me to stay little longer since I was expecting a ride, they were very supportive and friendly. Their kindness really helped me to stay in a warm place rather than waiting outside in bruitally cold weather. Thanks very much for excellent customer service.

This location is right near my building and I hadnt been there before. I ordered a Panzerotti with meat and vegetables. When I brought it home and opened the box, the dough was soaking wet and dripping. The cheese and toppings were not mixed together. The toppings were all stuffed in the crease and the cheese was used on the edges to seal it. The toppings and cheese didnt even touch each other, thats how separated they were. Having all the toppings squished together on 1 side probably caused the wet dough. It completely disintegrated because of how wet the dough was. I couldnt even pick it up it was dripping so much. I had to throw it out. Very disappointing.

Just a horrible atmosphere when you walk-in. The two employees didn’t even acknowledge anyone and would rather be on their phone without saying “hi” or trying to sell anyone company products. The packaging was also so poorly done that I couldn’t event eat my wings. At all other locations that I’ve been to, the wings are wrapped in tin foil so it stays warm and for food safety reasons. I just wouldn’t go in here at all… there’s a lot more better options out around that area that would appreciate your service with food quality efficiency.
