This location at dufferin and steels have a very rude and disgusting customer service from my experience at this location I will never advise anyone to purchase pizza here. Myself and wife had to leave immediately after being harras by the owner or employee at 1:05 pm we have never felted so embarrassed in our lives

It was my first time going to this place and was trying to figure out how the deals work. I ordered a pizza and was confused about the toppings simply went ahead and asked the “manager” to explain . He tried to do it twice and lost his temper. Even after clarifying in no way was i trying to accuse them of overcharging he started yelling at me and my friends along with other customers lined up there. When asked for name , did not answer. The owner of the place can please look into the matter and review this kind of behaviour towards new customers. Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour to have for someone working in the service industry

* Watch this *Four days ago:I ordered a large il Giardino pizza for pickup. When I came back to pick it up, they had chosen to make it with tomato sauce instead of white sauce since they ran out. They informed me only after the pizza was made and I explained I cannot eat tomato sauce due to sensitivity so they made a new one with oil. I kept the original for my gf. Issue handled well but still a hick-up is a hick-up due to lack of initial communication. An indicator of disorganization.Today:Came back as a happy customer and ordered same thing in jumbo size for pickup. Came home and sat down with my family only to find a bitter burnt bottom pizza. I drove all the way back and politely asked the manager for a new pizza while happy to wait patiently.HERE IS THE PROBLEM:The cook comes over with an attitude, arguing that it is not burnt.I explained it is burnt and bitter compared to the pizza I recently purchased and that I drove all the way here for an exchange because I can definitely tell.Rashan took it as a direct personal attack of critiscm and acted on prideful self preservation to argue with the customer.Rashan is not a manager, and should not be in a position to be confrontational with loyal customers who are buying two signature pizzas a week.I demanded for a refund as the back and forth dialogue became so unpleasant that I decided I do not wish for Rashan to prepare my family's meal. He was rude and had negative vibes. The pizza would be physically and spiritually tainted.I left and immediately called corporate. Got a $5 credit, drove to a different location and waited 20min. Then I finally drove home and after about an hour and 15min. My family finally ate.Thanks for Pizza Nova @ 1881 Steeles for the amazing service (not). I have got 3 slices, paid $15.75 and throw in garbage all slices as they burned.I would order whole pizza but cook said all slices are fresh cooked and recommended to get it.I’m not recommend to buy pizzas in this place. So disappointed as I was left without lunch.

Today (october 9, 2023) I ordered 4 pizzas around 5:40 pm and two workers prepared them so quickly and made my day. One was an older filipino man, while the other was an southeastern(?) man. I wasn’t able to tell them “thank you” as much as I wanted since I was in a rush, but they really gave the best customer service.Yummy pizza too!

On Wednesday afternoon got 5 party size pizzas with various drippings for 26 people and it was done perfectly. Ordered 4 pizzas a way prior and it was done on time, but upon calling for 5th pizza, the customer service put it on rush and was able to make it in 15 mins.Restaurant also got me plates and napkins with some chilli pepper on side.One of the best pizza nova locations i experienced. They always have a wide variety of gourmet slice, always fresh and the workers are amazing and friendly. Almost a min to no waiting when you call customer service l.
