We ordered via Skip The Dishes to our hotel, but discovered that you can't track your order because they manage their own delivery. The pizza itself was mediocre at best - pepperoni buried under the cheese, crust floppy. Overall, it was bland, overpriced and disappointing.

Terrible customer service. The owner was extremely rude when I politely told him the pizza was STALE and I asked him what can be done. He proceeded to be careless and dismiss all my points and did not provide any solutions that made sense. Will never come back again. THE PIZZA SUCKED!!! Waste of my money.

Yesterday I bought a pizza, two pieces. One of them was relatively normal, the second one was completely inedible. It was dried out, completely stale. It could rather be thrown into the air instead of a frisbee. Everything is haram in this cafe especially be careful they can give pork pizza and they do not care if you are Muslim. Those guys have sanitary problems. Staff are rough and they must be educated and attentive.

The worst pizza I have tasted all my life. Despite waiting for so long, the pizza ddnt taste like pizza at all. I added extra cheese and bacon but to be honest I doubt if any extras were added at all despite being charged for it. The Chefs were looking so bored and tired at the back and whenever I would check for my order , they would look at me with a really kindof pissed off face regardless of the fact that the place ddnt look busy at all. We were just 2 people inside waiting for our orders. What disappointed me the most was how the pizza separated the toppings from the bread. The bread was super dry and thin, the toppings were not even covering the whole bread. It was so dry. Please Pizza Nova do better and employ people who are happy to be working for you. The Cashier was good but the Chefs were looking so annoyed and disinterested with whatever they were doing at the back. I will never ever step my foot at that Finch and Weston branch ever again. Infact , thank you Pizza Nova, I had no clue pizza can taste so bad , thanks to you. Really not worth a penny.

Do no place orders for delivery with them from Skip the dishes. It's crazy how we cannot track their location when they're "out for delivery". This is the second time I've placed an order and it never arrives. Complete disappointment.
