I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Nova location for over a year, same pizza, same staff, and it’s usually great. But today was honestly disappointing. The pizza was soggy, watery, and fell apart when I picked up a slice and the cheese and toppings literally slid right off. I brought it up to the staff, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, the older man at the counter actually said “trash” to me.
That’s not how you treat a loyal customer who’s been coming for over a year. Quality and customer service both really dropped today, and I hope management takes this seriously because this experience was unacceptable.

worst pizza nova location in toronto. if they say they’re gonna deliver at 5:00, your food will come at 5:30. my grieving family ordered from this location between visitations at the funeral home. thought a 2 hour window would be plenty of time. the pizza took so long we almost had to leave for the funeral home before the pizza could arrive cause they’re so slow.

We ordered via Skip The Dishes to our hotel, but discovered that you can't track your order because they manage their own delivery. The pizza itself was mediocre at best - pepperoni buried under the cheese, crust floppy. Overall, it was bland, overpriced and disappointing.

Even though I asked the employees inside to be a little quieter, they continued to shout among themselves and did not care.
Terrible customer service. The owner was extremely rude when I politely told him the pizza was STALE and I asked him what can be done. He proceeded to be careless and dismiss all my points and did not provide any solutions that made sense. Will never come back again. THE PIZZA SUCKED!!! Waste of my money.

Yesterday I bought a pizza, two pieces. One of them was relatively normal, the second one was completely inedible. It was dried out, completely stale. It could rather be thrown into the air instead of a frisbee.
