Came in at around lunch time 12:22 to grab a pepperoni slice. They said it would take 15 mins to make it. They put meat supreme instead to force you to pay more. They should definitely havr pepperoni as it is a common slice at lunch time

Normally, I don't leave negative reviews, but I have to make an exception. I wanted to order a customized party pizza, which I've done before without issue. The person at the counter was ready to take my order, but another staff member standing nearby stopped him from making it the way I requested. I was extremely disappointed by how that person treated me. His behavior might make this my last visit to Pizza Nova.

Pizza was good but I found it weird how the employee at cash was on a 4 person call that was also on speaker phone, I could also hear her on her call when she went to the back of the store
