Sad to say this location is horrible! I use to be a loyal customer of Pizza Nova until I moved and was forced to use this location for the last 9 years, so bad i now order from Dufferin Steeles for pick up! No sense of pride in the workers, slow delivery (over 75 min wait and they are an 8-10 min drive away), call to get eta, told only 6 min away then 15 min later they arrive with the cold pizza, inconsistent quality and taste, you pay over $20 for toppings and it’s barely even on the pizza. What ever happened to the days of customer service? Several calls over the years with pics of upside down pizza and more yet nothing has changed. This location should be CLOSED BY HEAD OFFICE because they are not interested in retaining business. Very disappointed with Pizza Nova.

Long time customer here, I'll be going to Pizzaville from now on. My partner and I ordered a pizza online and we were told it'd be 20 minutes. It took 40 minutes, it was under cooked, and it was missing the pepperoni! The pizza is underwhelming, the sauce has no flavor.

The customer service needs improvement. There’s a worker in there, a south Asian man with very light coloured eyes, green/brown.He was very impolite to me from the moment I went up to place my open. He didn’t greet me or welcome me, just looked at me with his eyes widely open, insinuating that I should just place my order.I asked for wings, asked if I could have them baked(as I’m used to that from Pizza Nova), he rolled his eyes and said to coworker behind him, “she wants them baked and we don’t do that”I proceeded to order, not causing any issue and he punches my order in, extends machine for me to pay, then walks off.When my order was ready, he announced it then walks off before even asking me if I need a napkin or anything.His polite coworker gave me the napkins and treated me with a bit more respect.I hope the rude rep is spoken to or given some sort of training on the appropriate way to greet customers, take their orders and represent the company in a nicer way. I won’t be revisiting.

I ordered my pizza with dried tomatoes on top, and they were totally burnt. after reading the majority of reviews, it seems it's common in this store. I will not go back there and do not recommend this place to anyone. Do not waste your money.

Pizza tastes amazing. I highly recommend working Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday or Saturday. This kid in the white hat makes great pizza and the cashiers are great and very helpful. I also love getting their panzo and wings when I’m in the mood seldomly, but their pizzas are amazing.
