I’d like to share an experience I had today at this Pizza Pizza location and ask readers to evaluate the store owner’s attitude and customer service:
Last night at the Raptors game, my son and I received a coupon for a free slice of pizza. My son was thrilled and couldn’t wait to redeem it. Since we regularly visit this location, I took him there to use the coupon. Although the app clearly stated the coupon could be redeemed in-store, the owner insisted we call Pizza Pizza customer service and said it wasn’t redeemable at the store. Interestingly, another customer who was also trying to redeem their coupon received the same response.
I called customer service three times, and each time they confirmed the coupon must be redeemed at the store.
To avoid further disappointment, I decided to take my son to Pizza Nova instead, where we bought him a slice. Later, I tested the coupon at another Pizza Pizza location (Keele and Sheppard), and it was redeemed without any issue at all.
This experience raises serious concerns about the professionalism and customer service at this location. I invite readers to assess not only the store but specifically the behavior of its owner.
In the end, the cost of a simple free pizza slice has lost this store a loyal customer. I’ll be sure to share this story within the community. Shame on the store and its owner for failing to honor a straightforward promotion and for disappointing customers!

Worst customer service I ever had.
Visited this store many times, but never experienced this type of service.Owner is so humble and most of the time has good experience.But today I don't know who was serving customer( tall guy) who don't even know how to greet customers .Even though he was least bother about customers satisfaction , I had to leave without taking my order.Just bcoz that guy was not ready to exchange 2 drinks with 1 dip in order of large combo deal .. He mentioned that we have counting of drink so we can't exchange them .How silly excuses it this .We always order pizza and we ask them to exchange every store do that . (visiting time 9:40-45pm around 7 Nov) That guy didn't even try to convince his customer, he was ok if customer is leaving without taking orders..👏👏👏 very bad .so insulting
