I’ve been visiting this branch for almost 5 years, but the pizza maker — an older gentleman — is consistently rude and lacks basic customer service manners. I’ve ignored it in the past, but this time I felt the need to speak up. I usually request a bit of olive oil on my pizza, and now even the person taking orders seems unable to handle simple customer requests politely. There’s definitely room for improvement in their customer service. Come on guys know your customers.

Me and my friend went this Pizza Pizza store around 11:00 PM, and Hamid was absolutely amazing! The pizza was perfectly cooked — well done and delicious. I’ve been there three times, and every single time Hamid has made us feel welcome and taken great care of our order. He’s always friendly, hardworking, and ensures everything comes out just right. Highly recommend Hamid for his great service and perfect pizzas! 🍕👏

They double charged me, this was a mistake on their employees end, I showed proof of me being double charged and the boss refuses to give me my refund. He purposely tells me he can’t do anything about it when he can. Don’t go here, they’re unethical, unclean and not accommodating.
