Wish I could leave zero stars ordered a party size a week ago it seemed like they cooked my pizza well some and put extra cheese on it I could see the mozzarella on the pizza the same way you’d see it shredded in the fridge but somehow had blistered cheese under clear indication they added it after when I complained to customer service and they sent a replacement the driver inspected the pizza and didn’t want to give me the new one proceeded to put my pizza on the hallway carpet and call cs they tell him ye give him the replacement he then calls the store with a snarky little grin and started speaking another language they tell him the same thing if he had any sort of say so or authority he wouldn’t be delivering the god damn pizza do your job which is bringing it to me and don’t assume you have the right to make me wait 10 minutes at my door never ordering from this location or maybe pizza pizza in general it really bland it’s only my go to when pizza novas waiting time is to long 50 bucks down the drain
TERRIBLE! I work at shoppers I have versatile shifts. Everytime I try and go but pizza there’s never cheese it’s ALWAYS a wait for cheese.

Products and service are fine, though sometimes it's really busy with a long wait for walk-in service -- with ONE person handling that, and 1-2 others busy in the kitchen & handling delivery orders. WASHROOMS ARE APPALLING on two visits June/July 2024.
One washroom out of service, the other a stinking, filthy mess. Water from sink a pathetically weak trickle -- I'm supposed to wash my hands with this!?
I'm sure staff are doing the best they can -- Management needs to find a better balance point between quality of service and their "bottom line."

One time I was constipated and spent an hour squirting out popcorn bits and KFC dookie after watching Free Birds (2013 ‧ Family/Comedy) at the Yorkdale Mall Cineplex. I didn't order anything though. New design sucks too
