The service is just terrible. You guys want to give me the run around by asking me to call the exact number I already called ?and when I called again no answer ? ?. I’m about 7 to 10 minutes away from you guys, literally down the street and you’re making it complicated to place my order??♂️ yall don’t treat customers right.

Hello, your staff needs more training upon how to treat customers. I apologize for the inconvenience. The staff in the kitchen lacks customer communication skills. I ordered a pizza at 10:30, and it's now 11:45. Waiting outside for this long is frustrating. The girl at the counter is rude in her communication, and this has been an issue at both your locations. Last week, I had a similar experience at the Jane St. location with the same girl. I won't be returning to your shop ever again due to these recurring problems.

Bad location. Renovations and loud music. Pizza not cooked. Very thick. Wings were ok but loaded with sauce. She charges me extra cause I used debit. It was almost 30. Give me a break. Sorry but won't go back.
