I came in with 10min before closing and they still made me a pizza for takeout Not only that they gave me an extra slice for free Highly recommend, the pizza was tasty and the service was excellent. Thank you again :)

I find Pizzaiolo a lot more enjoyable compared to the standard pizza chains you find around. The crust is very light and airy with the perfect crunch. The toppings and cheese are very generous. Overall a great experience. The store and back kitchen area is very clean.

Great Pizza. Unfortunately, they don’t deliver to my area so I had to pick it up. It’s on the more expensive end of pizza joints, but it is worth the extra.

Just spent $80 on the two worst pizzas ever. Very dry.. on the meat lovers there was Virtually no sauce. I also ordered the Thai pizza, and it was missibg ingrediants and was also very dry. I phoned to advise them with more than half of each dry cardboard pizza left..(guests chosing not to eat). and the manager would not take my call... and advised me through the call taker that I could get 50% off my next pizza. He doesn't get it. I wont be ordering another one... and that snotty attitude just got him a few online reviews....

Very clean restaurant. The pizza is delicious. We loved it. Highly recommend it.
Owner for this location is super rude talks like she owns the company. Honey calm down you’re just a franchise partner. Slices are pretty dry, lacking on tomato sauce can barely taste any sauce compared to other locations.

Probably the best "chain store" pizza in Canada! Love to get a slice or two when visiting Toronto. Hope they open branches in Ottawa soon (we need better pizza slices in the nation's capital).

Showed up at the location at 9:45 sign says it’s open door is open but I was told I cannot place an order because it takes 20 minutes to make a pizza and they basically wanna go home early, Very rude and unprofessional.Next time say you close at 9:45 not 10.

I think head office need to retrain this location on how to make pizza the pizzaola way... Too Thick, undercooked... uneven sauce .... carelessly made... depends who makes the pizza in this location.... Sometimes you get a crust.... Sometimes the ingredients are over the edge... Often thin crust doesn't arrive thin... and is too thick... There just isn't very much consistency. Order the same thing all the time. How is it so different every time I receive it?
