Horrible food, zero service, and incredibly Unprofessional staff. Spending $60 here is just throwing money in the trash. The pizza is definitely not worth it. the most ridiculous Caesar salad I have ever had in my life. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else—for this budget, you can feed 3 people with much better, healthier, and tastier food and actually be treated with respect.

I've been ordering pizza here for many, many years, but the last number of months have not been very good. I actually deleted the review I left a few weeks back because I thought I was possibly being too harsh. But, after giving them one more chance, I now realize that I was not.
Besides the quality of the food deteriorating of late, the service has too. My last delivery order took an hour and a half to arrive and was cold and dried out once it finally did. On top of that, I recently placed my usual order at a different Pizzaiolo location, and I am now convinced that the crust type I have been ordering from this store lately isn't the one I have actually been receiving.

Ordered online for a delivery and 5 mins later, I got a call from the store saying that their driver is not available and if I could pick up my order instead.. the person that called isn't the friendliest either.
This is the worst place you could order from. More than one hour passed after I placed my order. I called several times, and every time they said the order was on the way, which was not true. They kept lying, and a few times they even hung up on me. Do not order from this place at all. This was the worst pizza ordering experience I’ve ever had, especially for my first time ordering from here.
