I ordered a large honey heat pizza here for takeout. The pizza was well made, good amount of toppings and tasted great. My only complaint was that some pizza slices had the red chili flakes while others did not. I always love the honey heat pizza from this franchise. Its the perfect mix of salt, sweet, and spicy.
Came back for another day and got the salumi pizza and it was well made. Tons of toppings and tasted great.

Bacon on the pizza smelled raw and funky and not In a good way. Politely asked them to replace it but the person at the counter took it personally and refused rudely. Worst customer service experience from a pizza place. The owner refused refund and said that it’s my taste that’s the problem. He stated that he doesn’t want my business. I made sure I spoke cordially and with respect but still received a very negative experience. Left the store hungry and disappointed. How do I get a refund?

Very disappointed in my uber eats order, I ordered a pizza last night and spent $54 on a party sized pizza and when the pizza arrived it said on the box “no cheese pizza!” Not even a sorry nothing and the pizza was very thin and bland and dry, the sauces were incorrect the pizza was very very disappointing I had to spend my last money on it and i didn’t even end up eating it.

Preordered a business lunch a day earlier. Requested a delivery time and received confirmation it would be 15 minutes earlier than requested which was fine. However, when no one showed up I called the store and was told it would arrive in 15mins. When that time was up I tried calling the store again and got an automated message that the number could no longer receive calls. Scam?! I had a boardroom full of hungry people. Finally the “owner” showed up without apologizing and said he could only take cash since he didn’t have a machine, or I could e-transfer him, or he could come back. ???? Sure enough he called me and said he would be back at my office in 10 minutes. Since the last time was very delayed, I didn’t head to the lobby right away. In that time I got 2 calls, voicemail and a text message asking where I was. No discount and had to pay full price but was offered “10% off the next order” when I said that would never happen again, he almost left without giving me a receipt. Incredibly rude and completely unreliable. Never again.

This is the second time I’ve ordered from this place, and both times were disappointing.
The first time, they got my toppings wrong. This time, the delivery took over 1 hour and 15 minutes. It happened on Friday, April 11th, between 3 to 4 PM.
I called the store twice to ask about my order, but both times the staff were extremely rude — they didn’t apologize and just hung up on me while I was still talking.
The pizza wasn’t good either. Definitely not ordering from here again.
