Puts meat on a vegetarian pizza and gets orders constantly wrong. Good pizza otherwise but attention to detail is terrible.

I went to pizzavile today (nov.20, 2024) to order pizza and decided to go with full size pizza.
I quickly glanced on pizza man who was making my full size pizza and was quite unpleasant to observe him doing it without gloves and on top of it he had a lot of rash or skin dermatology related problems on his skin. Therefore, I have requested him to wear gloves despite of his skin condition that was already not making me feel comfortable even him wearing the gloves. This is all hygiene matter and should be taken seriously when working with food and serving it to customers.
Long story short, I was immediately told that we are not subway and our policy doesn't require us (employees) wear the gloves. I tried to reason things out by drawing parallel if he would like me touching his food without gloves and I don't know if his hands are clean or not. Employee did not want to listen to me and turned around showing me his back. Anyway, I thought that it would not be an issue that my reasonable concern would be heard but instead that man (employee) replied that if I don't want that money will be given back. If course, that would be the only solution at this point in time and I will never return back to the place that does not follow basic hygiene guidelines, the place that rudely brushes off customers and the place that is not competent enough to take full responsibility of it's employees but rather refer to other franchise to avoid the conversation.
Each business in Canada should be considerate of its customers especially when it comes to health related concerns and ignorance is not an excuse.
I respect my time, my earned money and food that I consume.

I ordered pizza from them, expecting a timely delivery. Their own delivery person was supposed to bring it, but after waiting nearly 2 hours, I decided to cancel the order. Each time I called for an update, they assured me the pizza would arrive in 2-3 minutes, yet it never showed up. This experience was truly disappointing.

extremely friendly service but i was wildly disappointed to find my pizza made incorrectly after they had to take 2 of the 3 items off my order because the fryers weren’t working. ordered normal crust, received thin crust, ordered normal sauce, received a pizza slathered with an absurd amount of sauce, also barely received any toppings on the pizza, the product was inedible. would’ve been nice to have the sides i ordered since apparently i won’t be eating dinner tonight… i was giving pizzaville another shot after i found the quality of their products became atrocious a few years ago. not sure why i was surprised by this outcome, they wouldn’t even allow my partner and i to return the following day for a refund despite the fact that it’s 11:30pm, they close soon and we just spent the entire day moving into a new house. we ended up being provided a 50% off coupon for our next pizza.. as if i’d make the mistake of ordering again after pizzaville has proven to no longer care about quality. thanks for the wasted time and money though!

Cook just sat there inside on his phone. Everyone can see him from the windows. Imagine how dirty the smartphones are. For that reason alone I won’t buy anything there.

Amazing pizza!!! Very good quality pizza. It was thin and crispy. Service was amazing!
