Apparently, you’re not allowed to order extra cheese on a pizza slice…. In my 32 years of buying pizza this is the first I’ve been told this lol.

Horrible. Would rather eat the cardboard box that the pizza came in. Our usual Pizzaville location closed up, so now we get delivery from this location.
Our 1st experience was terrible, but we had a free pizza coming to us from their Passport rewards program, so we gave it a go. It was disgusting.
Soggy, uneven and sloppy tomatoes sauce, uncooked pieces of bacon, and so skimpy on the goat cheese that we needed the Hubble Telescope to find it. Ate 2 slices and chucked it in the garbage. We are so done with Pizzaville. Avoid this location at all cost. Good bye and good luck!

Do not go here!! I went in for a slice a few months ago and the guy working started rubbing the inside of his ear without gloves and touched my food and tried serving it to me like nothing happened. I told manz that that’s gross and super unprofessional and he was dismissing me/ denying everything meanwhile I was watching him the whole time. The boss gave me a refund thank god but this place is super rude and unprofessional. Highly not recommended

Puts meat on a vegetarian pizza and gets orders constantly wrong. Good pizza otherwise but attention to detail is terrible.

I went to pizzavile today (nov.20, 2024) to order pizza and decided to go with full size pizza.
I quickly glanced on pizza man who was making my full size pizza and was quite unpleasant to observe him doing it without gloves and on top of it he had a lot of rash or skin dermatology related problems on his skin. Therefore, I have requested him to wear gloves despite of his skin condition that was already not making me feel comfortable even him wearing the gloves. This is all hygiene matter and should be taken seriously when working with food and serving it to customers.
Long story short, I was immediately told that we are not subway and our policy doesn't require us (employees) wear the gloves. I tried to reason things out by drawing parallel if he would like me touching his food without gloves and I don't know if his hands are clean or not. Employee did not want to listen to me and turned around showing me his back. Anyway, I thought that it would not be an issue that my reasonable concern would be heard but instead that man (employee) replied that if I don't want that money will be given back. If course, that would be the only solution at this point in time and I will never return back to the place that does not follow basic hygiene guidelines, the place that rudely brushes off customers and the place that is not competent enough to take full responsibility of it's employees but rather refer to other franchise to avoid the conversation.
Each business in Canada should be considerate of its customers especially when it comes to health related concerns and ignorance is not an excuse.
I respect my time, my earned money and food that I consume.
