I want to be very clear — this review is not about Hassan. In fact, I’ve always come to this Pizzaville because of him. The way he makes the pizza is exceptional and his service has always been welcoming. I had even given a positive review before because of him, but I deleted it and I’m leaving this new review today to reflect my latest experience.
Unfortunately, today I was served by another staff member (not Hassan), and the experience was extremely disappointing. As a vegetarian, I simply asked if my slice was being cut with a veg cutter. First, he bluntly told me it was a meat cutter. When I politely asked again, he arrogantly replied in a very rude manner.
This behavior is unacceptable. Customers who care about dietary needs should be treated with respect, not dismissed. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I left quietly — but I was very unhappy with the way I was spoken to.
Respectful service is just as important as good pizza. I hope management takes note because one rude interaction can easily undo the positive reputation built by great staff like Hassan.

The magic didn't stop there—he even prepared my pizza himself, and let me tell you, it was hands-down the best pizza I've ever had! His personal touch made all the difference.

Pretty good pizza here, good pickup special and variety to choose from. Like the staff pretty friendly and they are always busy. Personally favourite in this area. Best part is the hours, saves many late night cravings, not many food options open late in soundings.

2025 -06- 06 Went in to pick up on line order and added to my order 3 more slices - asked if we get drinks said no- went home to read flyer which would have given me two free drinks was advised no free drinks - no where does it specify $26 has to be placed in one order? Also supposed to get a coupon to enter contest for tennis tickets...nope didnt get that either..Pizzaville customer service did not do anything to rectify the drinks -on principle - pizzaville you messed up!!!
I have ordered party size pizza's from the 700 Lawrence Ave W location for a few large scaled events - some of the best pizza i have tasted...good job to the employees at this location and customer service rep i placed the orders with

Wednesday October 23rd evening went in to order my pizza walked in at the same time as one of the workers (Asian) he was out on a smoke brake. Individual went straight from smoking outside to the kitchen to start in making orders. No hand washing not sanitizing at all!! Been a costumer for multiple years and love the quality of their pizzas but this is with with holding a little bit.
