I will never order from this location again. I pre-ordered my pizza at 1pm to be delivered by 5pm. I called at 5:05 and was told driver was on his way, at 5:15 driver stated was going to be another 5 min. due to traffic and he left the store at 4:45. He showed up at 5:30 I called main office and was told that my order was free but the driver would not give it to me because he was waiting for his store to hear from the main office. Needless to say at 5:40 I'm still waiting to get my pizza. He said he was coming from Lawrence and Allen Rd. I live on Keele and Lawrence (which even in traffic only takes 15 min at most) If he left the store at 4:45 he should have been here by 5:15 therefore I think he left the store after 5pm. I don't suggest you order from this store if you want your pizza delivered on time.
