We ordered the arancini balls and they tasted really good, crispy on the outside and flavorful inside, but they were tiny, literally the size of a golf ball. At $5 each, they just did not feel worth it for the portion. I also got the Libretto Margherita pizza and was pretty disappointed. It came with big chunks of tomato instead of a traditional sauce, which was not mentioned on the menu. I am not a fan of tomato chunks, so that threw me off. Once I removed them it actually tasted good, but it was not what I expected. The spicy rigatoni was solid, good flavor and nice heat, but again the portion was on the smaller side. Overall the food had good flavor, but the value for the price and portion sizes left me wanting more.

Visited for a colleagues work anniversary. Our server was friendly, efficient and professional. Our food was well-paced (not waiting long, but also not rushed) and delicious, great portions! She was so thoughtful to bring out a surprise complimentary Tiramisu to celebrate the occasion, and it was absolutely lovely! Our office is just down the street and I won't hesitate to book again for another work lunch. Thank you!

Absolutely loved this place! The pizza was fresh, cheesy, and packed with flavor. The crust was perfectly crispy and the toppings were generous. Staff especially Prit was friendly and the service was quick. Definitely coming back!”

Came here for lunch with a friend to catch up. I had my 3 month old with me in his stroller and it's the first time I brought him out to a restaurant and I was so nervous. Thankfully he was asleep most of the time but it helped that the ambiance of the restaurant was good it didn't feel chaotic and I felt I could manage him there. Even when he woke up and we needed to heat his bottle the server was great in bringing us hot water so we could heat his bottle. We had the arancini a Ceasar salad a pepperoni pizza and the chicken Alfredo pasta and then finished with a gelato and affogato. The food was all really good and I'm glad to have a good spot with tasty food and great customer service in my neighborhood. I hope to visit again soon. Thank you for a very positive first experience out with my infant!

There are so many pizza places that have perfected the wood oven pizza and Libretto has yet to innovate. Boring menu. Blah pizzas. Gnocchi was cold and mushy and arrived within seconds of ordering it so was obviously not freshly cooked. Just totally meh.

Service was slow the food came out every 5-10mins so we all ate at different times. The pasta was not bad but the worst part was the group gratuity. They didn't say anything at the time of booking nor was it on the bill but the server goes around punching in the total on the pos machine and pushes the gratuity amount for you at 20%. It is a bit unethical especially when service was so bad.

Great pizza served piping hot. We were a larger group and stayed to chat, staff were polite, helpful and kept their distance…we never felt rushed. There’s more than just pizza on the menu, I look forward to trying their other offerings.

Such an amazing spot in North York! Pizzas are exactly how I remember them in Italy! The $15 beef carpaccio is phenomenal and very tasty. They also have a huge $12 meat and cheese board that is such an amazing value. I will definitely be back on a Wednesday for half price wine. I cannot believe how many amazing deals this spot has. You can taste the freshness and the service is fantastic! Every staff member is very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend!!

Our movie group always goes to Pizza Libretto after seeing a movie at Empress walk. The pizza and pasta is outstanding as well as the wine deal. Always makes fora nice dining experience.

Although this place is a bit pricey I find that the pizza is good and the service ok. There is lots of space and I’ve never had to wait for a table

An over-priced pizza-joint.
The place was almost empty at dinner time so can't comment on atmosphere.
$27 for an average small pizza and they got one of the orders wrong.
Oh, and they added 20% tip on the bill without consulting me. They refused to change the tip amount as I requested. This 20% tip is not posted anywhere and they just spring it on you.I wanted to pay cash and I was told that they refuse cash... this isn't even legal.
Something is not right about this place.

The images look good but the taste unfortunately did not match. Pizza tasted burnt. Ingredients did not have enough flavour, perhaps old. Salad needed to be dried before tossing. Just tasted like water.

The service was lovely.
