Was in the area and needed a quick bite so decided to run in and get one of their “signature poke bowls”. The portion and variety of toppings exceeded my expectations, as was the freshness of the ingredients. I will be back.

Liked my salmon poke bowl but the salmon to rice ratio was off - found myself trying to ration the salmon because there was so much rice left

Didn't eat anything at all and grabbed a poke bowl. The salmon was room temperature and I got a really bad stomachache. Been nauseous the last few hours. I believe it was the lack of freshness of salmon, mushy rotten avocado and the lettuce that was going bad. Disappointed and won't be back after paying $19 to feel unwell.

Edit: been sitting on the toilet for 30 mins now. thanks.

Second update: it's 4 days after and i definitely got food poisoning from here. I can't even consume food without my stomach hurting and running to the washroom.

Ahhhhh whenever I'm craving poke bowls this is my go-to! Super fresh and filling -- what more can you ask for?! I'll be back again for sure :)

First time buy poke here and the female employee looks like I own her money. She speak too fast that I cannot catch the words for choosing topping. Strongly not recommend

Well balanced flavours. It’s so hard to find poke sauce that is not too salty or sour. The fish portion is good too.

I've been to a good amount of poké places in Toronto, but I always find myself back at Poke Eats. The service is always friendly, but the main draw is the food: good flavors, good sauce, good portion size, not overpriced (a poke bowl for under $20?! unheard of rn!!), and a good selection of bases and toppings. The fish quality was good (no fishy smell!), rice was warm and well cooked, and they didn't skimp out on any of the premium toppings. I'll definitely keep coming back, the 'It's Lit' bowl in of itself is 🔥🔥🔥

Great place to grab some poke bowls! Something is missing in the flavor, cannot wrap my finger around it. Try for yourself! Maybe it’s just me….
