Terrible service, terrible experience. There was no one else in the restaurant, yet it took five minutes just to be acknowledged. They turned off the menu screens half an hour before closing — when I asked why, the response was, “You can just ask if you want something.” But when I did, the answer was, “No, we don’t have that.” Clearly, it was home time for them, not service time for customers.

If I could give the food negative starts, I would. Not only did they make us wait like 15-20 mins for literally just fries and tenders but when we got them it tasted very stale. The fries felt like they had been sitting there alll day long and felt crumbly when biting into it. The tenders felt like they fried plastic… couldn’t even but into it and just tasted horrible. Worst location by far !

Worst place to order food from!!!! I just ordered a two piece chicken combo and why is the chicken always old n dry!!! I wouldn’t need to complain if u guys just did ur job!!!!! Every time people order over the app you guys take advantage!!!!! New employees or discontinue these locations n don’t reply saying sorry u guys do this all the time this is peoples health you’re playing with!!!!!!!!!!
