On October 29th, around 2:00 pm, the sales representative at the cash register was very rude and degrading to me. Even though I wanted to be nice, her attitude was not nice at all.

Hi, I just wanted to say well done congratulations for making the best wings ever. I’ve loved the Popeyes wings. They are extremely good and I couldn’t get enough of them like when I came home. I was like so amazed of the flavor. I got boneless wings like I think 10 pieces of boneless wings with different flavours and all the flavours were amazing, but my favourite one was the barbeque flavor? Oh my gosh like I can eat them again they’re so good thank you Popeyes for serving up the wings and I loved the poutine and I mean I always order Poutine but today’s poutine was even better because the poutine had really good flavour and all the really nice flavours were really yummy and the poutine just had like a different flavour had like a unique twist to it because last time I ordered the poutine it wasn’t as good as the one I ordered a couple days ago when it was like better and stuff maybe I didn’t know how to order it or something or maybe just the poutine was not that good but anyway, I loved the wings and yeah, I would Definitely come back and try more boneless wings. I don’t know how many flavours I think it’s like 10 flavours but I only got like six different flavors and the service was great because The employee when my mom was Ordering the employee was very patient so yeah, it was nice service and the atmosphere is fine. I mean I really like the atmosphere because they didn’t really take much time preparing the wings. He just took like a couple minutes. I mean I wasn’t in a hurry, but I’ve already wanted to get my wings like I was really anxious to just get the wings and eat them already so that’s why the service was not that slow like it was really fast and yeah, it was nice that there were pretty fast They didn’t take like 20 minutes or so. They just took like five minutes making the food so it was nice that I didn’t have to wait for too long and the atmosphere while

Parking: It’s someone difficult to park because there’s reduced space and you can barely like park because the parking is so small

Ordered the 8 piece family meal, it was enough for 2 adults. More than enough spicy sauce was given too. Enjoyed the meal for 2 days, still was fresh after heating it up again

They used to make the butterfly shrimp amazing but last 3x was mushy than I exchanged it for chicken and it was cold n hard I felt bad to return a second meal

Yesterday I went to this location like always to order a 3pc Tenders and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich , the order took a little bit more than usual but that was fine , the food was fresh and fine , I first ate the tenders and fries but when I started eating the sandwich it tasted so salty and way much spicier than usual , I went to the counter and asked the staff and they told me they just receive the food packages from the company and yes they are right , maybe the company made a mistake , the staffs here were friendly but if I was the manager I’d at least refund the sandwich cuz I had to throw it away ! Anyways this location is one of a good ones !

Sunday Feb25 at 3:30pm. The boy at the cash was rude and ignorant. In the end he left my bag at the counter and went back. And the supervisor noticed that but preferred to remain silent. Let’s educate our staff with some customer service training.
