After a long day at work, I ordered an Avocado Cheese Cloud hoping to enjoy a nice treat. But when I got home and tried it, it was nothing but ice with absolutely no sweetness at all. I went back to the store to ask for a remake, but the staff gave me attitude and said “next time you should order extra sugar.” Instead of remaking the drink, she simply dumped sugar on top.

This is ridiculous – it was clearly their mistake for forgetting the sugar, not mine as a customer. Tonight’s experience was extremely disappointing, and I will never come back here again.

I’m quite disappointed with my order. I ordered a panda milk tea that was supposed to come with two toppings, but I only received one. No one informed me that the white bubbles were no longer available. This was not what I paid for, and I would appreciate it if you could address this issue..

Friendly staff and adorable location

Today I visited these location where the staff Lesley served me and helped me in selecting a drink that would be suitable as per my taste despite of the snow outside I wanted to grab a cold Tea But Lesley was very warm and kind to me offer something in Hot, The Coconut Milk Tea that I bought was really good and worth the money. A must try place for all the slushie, Smoothie and Booba Tea Lover ❤️.
Once again a Big shout out to Lesley for being an amazing person and crew there!❤️

For the price, the size of a regular is quite large (we love that!)?

First time to buy here, place is clean and bright. Iris was friendly and efficient. She was alone but was able to take care of customers with a very short wait time.
I bought the Panda Milk Tea and Milky Taro with Tapioca. Both tasted so good and refreshing.
I will definitely go back.

I don't know why they post that they are open until 10. The doors are always locked before then, and they always cancel your order

Changing this review from 5 -> 1 stars, my old review is below from 3 years ago.
Undeniably the worst experience ever. I caught the lady pouring a week old expired milk into my order worth over 50$. She denied and said BB is the production date. I kindly asked if i could get new drinks with another bag of sealed milk that was not expired…. They kept the old expired drinks, did not throw out the expired milk, and made my drinks with so much attitude… honestly, unbelievable!
