Not the best place to work!! They company recruit people to cover special orders and then fire them once the orders are completed. May be because the agency man power is expensive!

I have used Primo Thick and Zesty pasta sauces all my married life, over 40 years. It has always been a thick, flavourful sauce. Today I am making my baked ziti and opened 3 cans of primo sauce, two were dated best before 2022, the third best before 2023. So disappointing and disheartening! The sauce in the third can was much thinner! Come on! To be supporting a Canadian company is so important, but when your product declines in quality it is hard to be a fan.

Excellent people to deal with. Security guard is a little on the grumpy side but but she might have just been having a bad day. The guys in shipping are fantastic. They treat you with respect and they load the trailers properly. I deal with unico and primo all the time and I've got nothing but good things to say about these folks.
While I have enjoyed your high quality and tasty Italian style foods all my life, (I'm old), I recently tried your ketchup for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised at how very good it is. It doesn't separate like the heavily advertised brand. I am happy to be able to support a Canadian product and still be buying the best.
