Not sure how a business can produce such good food, but have such poor customer service.

The food is terrible. My chicken meal was ground chicken had to throw half of it out. My pasta meal was chopped up uncooked lasagna noodles had to throw half that out. The flavouring is awful. I was supposed to have it delivered Tuesday but because of the holiday Monday they delayed it. Then they said the courier was too busy so I didn’t get my meals until Thursday.

I really enjoy my weekly delivery of healthy meals. I have been using Protein Chefs for over a year and they always deliver delicious meals, lots of variety and full of healthy vegetables! They have great customer service and answer calls and emails very quickly. Highly recommend.

I’ve already had one mess up with my second order. I had an email saying it would be delivered on Sunday and never happened. It came the following Tuesday. The rep Fiona is the one who sent the email advising. It would be delivered on Sunday only on Monday to tell me that she made an error it’s that it would get delivered and will moving forward always be on a Tuesday, then explained the app very hard to use. She did offer to me and help me due to my work schedule. I was not able to call so she put my next order through and then when I went to go look at it and hit confirm it produced a second order for the same week so I have now been double billed, which is not OK I called her customer service is horrible. She’s not kind to speak to. I’m pretty much told me there’s nothing she can do. I have to send an email so I will not be recommending and I will be sharing this information with everybody at the gym at the dance studio all family members anybody in the Fitness world I will be sharing this with horrible, horrible experience still waiting for my money back.
