There's nothing Xpress about this place lol. Was so excited to try it after it came highly recommended.My group only had about 35 minutes to spare. In a mall food court, at a stall in which half of the items are already in a hot food table waiting to be served, that should not be a feat.Waited 25 minutes for two pupusa and a burrito. I ordered first out of about a dozen people. Everyone got their food before me. The whole time I waited, the employees were chatting with their friends hanging out at the counter instead of making food.When I realized I wouldn't have enough time to eat my lunch anymore, I approached the counter and inquired about the hold up. The server was rude and argued it was because I ordered different stuff than everyone else. I was there with colleagues who had ordered more complicated meals after me yet got their food before me.The best part? When I finally had time to eat several hours later. The burrito was missing and the two papusa were wrong.I'm assuming that I got someone else's order. Maybe one of the server's friends got my burrito. ?♀️There are other papusa purveyors in the GTA that have a basic level of customer service and respect for customers' time.That's where I would suggest you spend your money.

Pupusas on point. Delicious.EDIT: After about a year, still unable to find better pupusa anywhere remotely near the area. I've looked! I love south/central american cuisine so i'll try every place I see at least once. If you're on the market for pupusa, this place is unbeatable.

My Girlfriend who is El Salvadoran thought to introduce me to her cultures food, and Pupusa Xpress was the best place to show me. As we stepped up to the counter we were introduced to an extremely friendly and welcoming man whom was the owner who gladly and proudly recommended the Pupusas. As we seated he brought out the food to us and walked me through how to properly eat it and how to fully enjoy the experience. The food was fresh, and absolutely tasted amazing. 11/10 I recommend everyone come to Pupusa Xpress, I'll definitely be coming back soon.

Went for the Pupusas, great selection of Pupusas, burritos, tacos, full plates and soup. Small establishment in a food court. Lots of seats to eat there as well as take out. Prices are comparable if not cheaper than the other options. Service is friendly and quite quick keeping in mid that alot of the items are made on demand. Would highly recommend. Welcome option at a food court. Look forward to trying out the rest of the menu. Lots of mall parking and fully accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: It is on the basement floor of the mall but there is an escalator and and elevator

Beautiful little spot tucked away inside the food court at Sheridan mall. 1 of the main reasons that I go to this mall. Owner speaks both spanish and English which makes it super easy to order, staff are very friendly and always happy. Love the fresh tamales and the pupusas, I can never just eat 1. I always take some to go. Great flavor and lots to choose from, don't forget to try the frijoles.
Everything is hand made perfectly clean and delicious never let you down.Always some spanish canadian new flavor.Dietary restrictions: There's always other options that doesn't include meat in the dishes.
The Pupusas are delicious! I have tried others in the GTA and these ones are by far the best ones in my opinion. And the service is great!

Very happy we tried this little place in the mall - fantastic food and friendly service! Tried it out as it had one of the top ratings in the area when looking for pupusas and they obviously deserve it.
As a Pupusas loving Chilean Canadian. This is far the best tasting pupusas. Just the right amount of chicharrón and cheese. People are friendly. Will go and dine the next time! ?

I tried Pupusa Xpress for the first time today and the quality and taste of the food exceeded my already very high expectations. The way the Pupusa melted in my mouth was unmatched. I tried the Pork one and let me tell you.... one was not enough. The staff and owners are also so patient, kind and friendly. I can tell that a lot of love and care goes into every dish. Highly recommend coming here for a wild cultural experience.

Beware if ordering from Pupusa Express via Uber Eats as they may cancel your order without notice and still charge you for the cancelled order! This happened to me on Jan 26 for an order worth $95.16. I didn't expect this and did not notice the charge until many weeks later after reviewing my Credit Card statement in close detail where Uber Eats still charged for the canceled Pupusa Xpress order. Even worse, I contacted Uber Eats Support via with chat with agent Kenesia and then phoned in and spoke with Henry who both told me that because it had been over 48 hours, Uber Eats would not refund my charge. Beware and avoid being victim to this scam!
