As a frequent visitor to The Real Fruit during my trips to Toronto, I am writing to express my profound disappointment. The quality standards at this specific location have noticeably deteriorated and reached their lowest point. Given my previous positive experiences with the brand, this decline is particularly disheartening. Based on my recent visit, I cannot recommend this location.

I always order the same mango drink from Real Fruit. The last two times, I asked if the mangoes were sweet and was told yes, but they weren’t—though still drinkable. Today I ordered through SKIP , and it was so sour I couldn’t even drink it, even after adding sugar. How can you serve something without checking the taste? Even after paying this much, Never ordering again from you guys. I wish I could give a 0 star review.
The washroom was claimed to be broken and hence is closed. I was looking for honey lemon without ice but got hot. The lady was not helpful. Bad customer service.
