Very disappointing experience. I was ignored while waiting to order, with no greeting or acknowledgment at all. Staff were more focused on talking among themselves rather than assisting customers. Customer service needs serious improvement.

The worst real fruit we ever went to. My granddaughters got strawberry pineapple with tapioca and with her first sip she said it tastes funny. Within 5 minutes she was crying that her stomach was hurting please dont go to this location

Today, I went with my family to visit a restaurant close by but was told to come back in half an hour for our reservation. We decided to walk to the Yonge and Sheppard Centre. While we were on the way, my mom unfortunately tripped on the sidewalk just a few metres close to the entrance. She was crying and in panic after hitting her knees especially due to her fibromyalgia. We helped her to sit the stairs by the entrance of the centre, and I decided to find a place where I can get ice and water for her. unfortunately Tim Hortons had such a long line up, and a gentleman also asked for some food.
I saw Real Fruit was just by, and the lady there was so extremely kind to give me a bag of ice and water and even asked if my mom was ok. I Also paid for a mango slush for the gentleman.
My mom was able to use the ice over both her knees at the restaurant and for the whole day, and she said it helped so so much and lessened the pain and redness!
Whoever you are girl, you were working Jan 17 at 1PM, thank you so so much God bless you! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Great service and delicious drinks! The staff here are always friendly and helpful. I usually order the mango smoothie and ask for a little extra milk — the girl making my drink was very cheerful and accommodating. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Just ordered a real fruit honeydew smoothie with tapioca. Honeydew is just the name no flavor at all like legit. The tapioca too is not that great. U don't even feel worth it to go just to complain about it from the other side of the road. So disappointed. 😖

Closing time is 8:30 pm on Saturdays. We arrived at 8:10 pm to order a drink, and there were no other customers in the store. Unfortunately, the staff was not friendly at all. She told us that since they were closing in five minutes, we could not place an order at the kiosk. After she prepared our order, she immediately asked us to leave because she wanted to close the store. This was very unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. Sadly, this type of experience seems to happen often at this location.

I had a very sad moment today at RFBT Yonge Sheppard, firstly staffs aren’t friendly, I went in to order for Mango Diamond slush as they were preparing it I saw they were not being hygienic, after they got my drink ready, I asked lady why she didn’t clean the stick that she was using to make my juice, I saw her cleaning all the dirty clothes on top of the sink where all those stick were placed, I kept telling her that she didn’t clean it before she used to make my juice but she pretended as if she couldn’t understand me. That was a very bad customer service, I am not going to trust any of this store anymore.
That is so disgusting and disappointing!!
I hope higher management are going to take this seriously.

I visited the North York branch a few weeks ago. The juices were good, and the place was clean, both definite positives. However, the customer service felt cold and disengaged. Even a simple greeting seemed like an effort for the staff to acknowledge.
At the Sheppard and Yonge location yesterday, I arrived at 10:28 AM, just two minutes before their posted 10:30 AM opening. After greeting the staff, I was told they are not open yet without any explanation. When I asked again, I was told “10 minutes,” despite the sign saying otherwise. I waited next to the store, but there was no further acknowledgment once they opened.
Real Fruit offers good juices and clean stores, but the lack of basic courtesy ruins the experience. A simple smile would have made all the difference.
Because of this, I could never give 5 stars. Service needs serious improvement
