The girl was very impolite, she was listening to music very loudly and she was throwing everything and at the end she didn’t give me my order she have put it other side. I don’t know why she was that angry but it is not acceptable in Canada, it should not be

Visited real fruit bbt and loved it! The bubble tea was flavorful, with perfectly chewy pearls. Great variety, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend for a top-notch bbt experience!
I went here two days ago and the staffs was really nice. my drink was perfect; I assume they have recipe but when I go to different location it takes a bit different but the drink the lady made for me was perfect! She was also so nice with helping a old lady who only speaks Cantonese I believe,and she was so patient! Definitely come visit this location again!

Excessive sugar use and under-trained employees.There are better choices down the street. To this date, I'd advice to avoid Real Fruit as much as possible.The employees didn't look like they enjoy their jobs either. Not the brand I used to know.
