I visited the Real Fruit location at Fairview Mall today around 12 PM to order my usual apple juice, as I come here almost twice a week. Before I even finished my order, the staff member had already prepared the drink and added ice. When I politely mentioned that I wanted it without ice, she seemed irritated.

When I returned to pick it up, the new juice was still very cold, and I cannot drink cold beverages because of sensitive teeth. Nevertheless, I took the juice, thanked her, and wished her a good day. She did not respond, and in addition, she gave me an unpleasant look that was quite hurtful.

This experience reflects a decline in basic customer service—no greeting, no acknowledgment, and clear frustration toward a reasonable request. It is disappointing to pay for juice, show respect to staff, and yet be treated so disrespectfully.

I sincerely hope management reviews staff behavior at this Fairview Mall location and reinforces proper customer service standards so customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve. Today’s interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant.

We ordered the fresh French orange juice at Real Fruit Bubble Tea, and it was amazing! They squeezed the oranges right in front of us, which was great to see. They also asked if we wanted sugar or not before sealing the drink. My son loved the fresh orange juice.

The price was affordable, customer service was friendly, and the place was clean. They also have a small seating area to enjoy your drinks.

Highly recommend for fresh and tasty drinks!

Joke of a place. They care more about policy than customer service. I asked for a big cup for my medium drink because I would like to have a lot of ice to make it really cold. They went on about policy and how they can’t do that yet. I’ve been to three other real fruits and they did it every time. Customer service is the most important thing not arguing with the customer over a stupid thing like that and losing business because of it. I’ve read most of the reviews on here and all they do is come back and say we’re sorry we’re sorry we’re sorry. Clearly you’re not sorry or you wouldn’t keep making the same mistakes over and over again.

Ordered the watermelon slush and it was nothing like a slush – just watery with no real flavor. Please pay more attention to texture and quality before serving. Don’t waste people’s time and money. You can do better, guys – it’s not so hard…

You don't just have 2 people, one cleaning the kitchen sink and the other one peeling Mangos completely ignoring the 5 customers behind their back.

I ordered separately, told them no sugar and no Ice for my drinks. Front of me one gentleman ordered regular. They made the same drinks and served me the same as my front customer ordered. My question is then what is the reason for keeping an option to choose. I went to other place as well they listen to the customer and they follow what customers wants. We pay money so that we get the drinks how we want not for how employees want to give. Moreover if the lady said sorry to me I wouldn’t have said anything, but start arguing that they gave me how I want. I’m requesting the management and owner please keep your eyes on your employees. I’m not coming back to this location. I regather go to Freshly Squeezed for my drinks it’s just few more steps. It shows that how irresponsible the employees are.
