The food was pretty good! The service was a bit on the slow end, and not that friendly. The restaurant itself was extremely humid.I ordered:Shrimp flatbread - deliciousBaja shrimp bowl - super flavourful!

The place looks a little run-down. We tried the Lobster Love Duo which wad cold, dry and tasteless. The biscuits were extra salty. Some of their shrimp was good. The Sweet Chilli Shrimp was our favorite of all.The sides werent as great. We had a strawberry lemonade which was basically sweet strawberry syrup in lemon juice- nothing fresh about it.The crab queso was weird and liquidy.Over all, extremely overpriced for the below average quality of food. The place needs a real upgrade.Kid-friendliness: I loved how they brought a welcome coloring-kit for my child. They also got plastic cutlery which is much safer and super thoughtful.

I recently dined at Red Lobster at 3200 Dufferin Street and had an exceptional experience. Our waitress, Comfort, was outstanding. She was attentive, helpful, and attended to us politely and promptly throughout our meal. The restaurant had the right volume of background music, creating a comfortable ambiance with a naturally calm atmosphere. Having visited other Red Lobster restaurants, I was pleasantly surprised by the difference in this location. While I have been disappointed with others in the past, this one left nothing to be desired. Overall, it was a totally enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend it and return in the near future. To show my appreciation, I left a rather large tip for Comfort and the support staff, as their efforts did not go unnoticed.

service and atmosphere are great, no complaints. The food was okay, I ordered roasted garlic crabs ?, and they came with potatoes overcooked and burned. I found it kind of overpriced it for the food quality received.

I've had multiple bad experiences at the downtown location and 1 alright experience at the Scarborough location, but this location has far exceeded my expectations. I was thinking it was gonna be okay if anything, but it was great! Comfort served us and she was so sweet and accommodating, the food was wonderful and everything tasted A1. Not to mention the music was AWESOME. Loved the atmosphere. The speed of service, the cleanliness, the hospitality. Shoutout to the management because you're running a great location!Parking: It's right around the restaurant and it's within a plaza so there are parking spots galore.Kid-friendliness: They're awesome with the kids, they provide coloring which is nice and the menu options are good.Wheelchair accessibility: It's all one level so it's very wheelchair accessible.

GM121923KEverything was so salty..that was the overwhelming flavour!!!! As we all know, salt is a very cheap ingredient, but we should be able to add it to our meal ourselves. We were at restaurant for lunch.EDIT: I'm not on Facebook, so don't know about private messaging unfortunately. We are both seniors and this was supposed to be a treat for us...as we have to watch our pennies, like most of us these days. Was at Red Lobster, 3200 Dufferin Street, Toronto.Thankyou.EDIT MARCH 2024I'm not on Facebook!!!!..No other options to resolve good paying customers concerns.

Waiters and waitresses were exceptional❤️.However, the food wasn't the greatest . I had salmon with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. The salmon was great. Mashed potatoes could have been a bit softer, and the Brussel sprouts were burned?. The sauce helped to hide the taste of the burned brussell sprouts. I also had a pasta with chicken dish that was terrible. It was like an Alfredo sauce with the chicken being a bit spicy. I ate the chicken and left the rest.Clean restaurant, but I wouldn't attend again unless I had no choice.?OH how could I forget to mention the biscuits!!!!Between Popeyes and Red lobsters biscuits, I must be honest and say Popeyes wins hands down! All the best.

I was there March 3,2024 had the sea food shrimp 3 items, I found everything was too salty especially the garlic shrimp, I was unable to enjoy a second serving as the salt had upsetted my stomach, four of us was at the dinner and none of us wanted seconds. These places have to go easy on the salt. I've eaten there before and never had that problem
