Boccaccio Ristorante Italiano

We were very impressed with Boccaccio Ristorante! We went today for the Summerlicious lunch. The restaurant is very elegant and quiet. Our server (David) was absolutely wonderful. He was so pleasant and helpful. The delicious bread with a homemade extra-virgin olive oil was a nice touch and we had as starters the tuna salad with olives and assorted lettuces with a lemon vinaigrette and a yummy potato dish, our main course consisted of the linguine with the pesto and gnocchi with ricotta cheese, and mozzarella. Our desserts were also amazing. We enjoyed the lemon cake which was so fresh and the outstanding tiramisu. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and our server, David made it extra special! I would definitely go back again very soon!

The food had extra salt. Replacement dish took a lot of time and the replaced dish was absolutely disgusting.

Great experience and delicious food

First time back after 20 plus years. Meet Luciano the chef and owner, definitely a great place not to miss if you’re in Toronto. We’re here on his first annual cigar event. Thanks for being part of this wonderful event.

The pasta was overcooked and the fish had a aftertaste also Expresso coffee was cold when served.

Everything is really good about this restaurant

We went for Winterlicious (last day). They were out of many menu items. The buratta for the nodini was good. The fish was ok, the original cod would have been better. Rigatoni with carbona was undercooked. We did ask for a different dish and we were charged. Unbelievable. Only 1 of 3 desserts were available. Chocolate cake was good.

This place is just fantastic!! The food is amazing, the staff and atmosphere are amazing. Chef - thank-you!!

We recently celebrated a 65th anniversary and Giovanni and the rest of the staff made it an enjoyable evening from the great service to the delicious food and the warm ambiance. This is a restaurant I would highly recommend!
