I’ve been a regular at this take-out spot for five years, same order every time: a tuna roll with a small side of kimchi. Nothing fancy, nothing dramatic. But today, out of the blue, I was told they’ve “changed their policy - today” and kimchi is no longer included. But hey, the policy wasn't changed a few weeks ago when I picked up the same order. Fine, things change, I asked how much it costs and said I’d happily pay for it.
Instead of just telling me the price, the girl and guy at the front decided to throw in a “please ask politely” lecture, which, by the way, had me wondering: when exactly was I rude? Trust me; I’m usually the calm one until someone steps out of line.
While I was picking up my order, the woman at the counter made it a point to remind me (again) that I won’t be getting kimchi “next time.” So, once again, I told her; No problem, I’ll pay for it. She just kept repeating herself, and at that point, it was clear this wasn’t about the food, it was about the attitude.
Then came the cherry on top: the guy walks out and starts giving me a full-blown sermon on being polite. Excuse me?! Still trying to figure out when I became the villain in this little soap opera.
You know what? I’m done. I now get why your reviews are as low as they are. You don’t get to change your policies based on your mood swings. That’s not how business works. You just lost a loyal customer, and not because of the kimchi, but because of your zero-respect, high-attitude nonsense.
And for the record, no, I’m not a saint. If you’re rude, you’ll get it right back. Respect is a two-way street. I don’t buy into the whole “customer is king” thing, but today, I wasn’t wrong, I was reasonable, clear, and even offered to pay. Your response? Petty energy and unprofessional vibes.
Keep your kimchi. I’ll take my loyalty (and money) elsewhere. ✌🏻

Rolls here are tasty. I tried the kimchi fried rice for the first time and thought it was subpar. Mostly rice with little kimchi, pork and only pieces of egg mixed in (but not much, had to dig around to even try to find it)
Will be sticking with ordering the rolls for now on.

Don’t know what happened but the rolls DO NOT taste like they used to. Is there a change in ownership? The quality has dropped a lot, threw it out after eating half… not worth your money and it’s take out only…

Ordered a pork cutlet & rose topokki for delivery and the “pork cutlet” which was supposed to be a fried pork cutlet (tonkatsu) was like a cut up hot dog which was disappointing. Other than that the food tastes good

We did some group order recently and the food was superb Kimchi Tuna Rice Ball and Jjolmyeon was really good

Everything we tried was super fresh and delicious! The beef and tuna rolls were great, as well as the rose topokki. Service was very quick and friendly! Definitely will be coming back to try more things here.
I took out bulgogi kimbap and sundae tteokbokki. I don't know about the other menus, but if you want to taste the taste of garbage, try it. The kimbap was salty and had a strange smell, the tteokbokki tasted like sugar full of Miwon flavor, and the sundae had a fishy smell.
