Really nice place and super friendly security! I don't live here but they always let me in :) I really enjoy scoping out the bikes and storage rooms. You should give it a try if you visit, you can grab whatever you'd like they won't try to stop you! Oh and the Iranian building manager is super helpful, she does a great job of ensuring all visitors get what they need from the generous tenets that live here!

Excellent place to live. Affordable prices and friendly people. I am currently concierge at the place and have had 2 amazing years there. Management is impressive. The building is Smoke Free, so no cigarettes on/in suites or public spaces like Party room and Common Lobby. The building provides bunch of amenities like Swimming pool, Billiard Ball Room and viewing room with excellent Top Floor view of Yonge Street.
